Like the sound of a seaside sojourn just minutes away from an ancient fishing village full of trattorias and shops? Your search is over, for Il Forte Camping Village could well be the place for you. Enchanting Marzamemi – one of the most famous villages in eastern Sicily – is 10 minutes’ walk away, and it’s a similar distance to the pristine Med beach of Spinazza. Immersed in a large pine forest and thus shaded from the sun, the campsite has a relaxed vibe, with large and shaded pitches, modern toilets, coin-operated hot showers and washing machines – and there’s wifi so you can keep the teens happy and entertained. Handy on-site facilities include a bar with restaurant service and a mini-market for stocking up on essentials. If you’re not down at the beach, you can have a game of tennis or pool, and rent cars and bikes on site – friendly and expert staff at reception are more than happy to organise excursions for you.

Feeling lazy and wanting to kick-back in the sun? Spinazza beach (10 minutes’ stroll) is a sandy expense with parasol hire and safe, shallow water for swimming; San Lorenzo beach (10 minutes’ drive) is a clever choice for families, with a lido, free parking and beach bar, while compact Calamosche (20 minutes) offers snorkelling in a rocky cove. Vendicari Nature Reserve (20 minutes’ drive) is an wildlife oasis with way-marked trails and the chance to see rare birds, and the campsite is close to Pachino (10 minutes) known for growing sweet cherry tomatoes and cantaloupe melons as well as wine – you can tour vineyards and enjoy tastings too. For those of you into architecture, stunning Noto (25 minutes) is the Sicilian capital of ornate baroque styling with loads of lovely 17th-century churches and buildings to see, while the ruins of an ancient Greek city at Syracuse (45 minutes) make it one of the most important archaeological centres in the world.

喜欢: J’ai réservé un emplacement qui a été accepté sur internet. Je suis arrivé au camping en fin d’après midi et il était fermé jusqu’en 2024.
J’ai du chercher un autre hébergement à 21h.
Ce camping est à proscrire.

喜欢: La posizione è molto comoda, il campeggio è ben ombreggiato.

不喜欢: Il campeggio non è molto curato, ci sono docce rotte e i bagni non vengono puliti spesso. Il bar /supermarket è poco fornito.

喜欢: La posizione del camping é strategica: 5 minuti a piedi e sei in spiaggia ,15 minuti a piedi e sei al centro di Marzamemi, 10 minuti con la macchina e sei a Pachino.

不喜欢: É necessario avere bagni con il bidè. Ce n'era solo uno nei bagni delle donne.

喜欢: la vicinanza al mare, al centro di Marzamemi e tutti i servizi in generale.

不喜欢: il fatto che piazzole fossero "libere" e non assegnate.
Stavamo parcheggiando il camper ed abbiamo dovuto spostarci perchè quelli della piazzola vicino avevavo degli amici che stavano arrivando ed era occupata. Il personale ha immediatamente risolto la cosa, ma sarebbe più carino se ciò non accadesse.
