喜欢: The whole site was impressive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I chose a lake-side view and it never failed to impress. The restaurant was good but limited for Vegetarians and Vegans. Whilst I was staying I had a mountain bike accident which required hospital and the site staff helped me arrange an ambulance and phoned me a few times for an update. A big thank you to all the staff, worked above and beyond.

喜欢: The restaurant and bar facilities, and the location of the tent pitch which was right on the edge of the lake.
不喜欢: The pitch was not suitable for a tent. It was at best a wasteland, full of sharp stones and compacted mud. When it rained, and it really did rain, the ground was so compact that it quickly became waterlogged and flooded parts of the tent. The shower facilities were really nice, however they did not get cleaned properly. We noticed toothpaste splashed on a mirror, female monthly fluids on a shower wall, and tampon wrappers still in place after nearly a week. The cleaner appeared, when there, to only mop the centre of the shower block and not enter any of the cubicles to clean properly, or even pick up a cloth to wipe anything

喜欢: Good level pitches, easy access to the lake, modern toilet facilities. Good restaurant, small shop with the essentials, friendly service. Nice atmosphere.

喜欢: The facilities were excellent and very clean. A lovely experience. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly. Service was a bit slow, but they were short staffed. The food was lovely though and very reasonably priced. Very helpful for advice when we had a flat tyre and they rang ahead to a garage for us.
