添加您的业务详细信息Splashing about is a cinch at Marina Julia Camping Village – this park close to the coast in Friuli-Venezia Giulia has an ace aquatic area with an Olympic-size swimming pool, waterslides, diving board and a lazy river.
Switch up your days by spending time submerging at the complex before moving over to Pippo Marina Julia beach, a 10-minute walk away. To stay out in the fresh air, bikes are available to hire at the park for cycling to scenic spots like the Natural Reserve of Doberdò Lakes and Pietrarossa, around 12 kilometres away.
Activities of the equally exhilarating sort are available back on base as well with sports tournaments organised by the entertainment team and games ranging from tennis, ping-pong and volleyball to football and miniature golf up for grabs.
This site in the Gorizia province of Friuli-Venezia Giulia is geared up for the nippers too with kids’ clubs and a paddling pool to keep the bambinos busy, as well as treats for them to try in the restaurant. There’s seating indoors and outdoors, so dining alfresco is possible, and food is available to take away if you’d rather grab grub to go.
Other eats are sorted at the supermarkets and restaurants in Monfalcone, the nearest settlement (five minutes’ drive), and a shop is also on site for stocking up on essentials.

Lounge on the sand at Pippo Marina Julia beach (a 10-minute walk) or make your way into Monfalcone (10 minutes’ drive) to roam the Rilke Trail along the cliff-backed coast of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. World War I buffs should swing by the sweeping staircase of the Redipuglia War Memorial while in the area to learn more about Italy’s part in the conflict.
Get back to the beach at Grado, a town on a lovely lagoon-covered peninsula (25 minutes) connected to mainland Italy by a causeway. Meander through the medieval centre, then head down to the sand and amble in front of the historic houses and beach huts lining the seaside.
If you can’t get enough of attractive architecture, make sure to peruse the Palazzo Lantieri palace (35 minutes) and tour Trieste’s Italian, Austro-Hungarian and Slovenian buildings in the capital of the county (45 minutes).
Another beachfront resort worth bounding around is Bibione (an hour), with its health spas and amusement parks, while the world-renowned canals of Venice are an hour and 35 minutes away.
