喜欢 The lake! Great to swim and cool down after a long day travelling. Facilities are decent, showers and laundry wise. Numerous plusses.

不喜欢 The pitch. Not very spacious and not at all personal. Get along with the other campers or move on!

喜欢 Good clean facilities on site. Friendly staff. Nice little bar/ shop with very well priced drinks and essentials.
Site was clean. Right on the lake with water sports offered. Good play park for young children. Very well priced laundry.

不喜欢 Nothing to dislike. Site had everything needed.

喜欢 Being near a like was brilliant as were the Bicycle rides. The Toilets were really good, clean and warm. Staff were friendly.

不喜欢 There was a very small bar and restaurant with limited menu. There wasn't a local bus stop / supermarket or village near by so if you hadn't brought any food you would have a limited choice of food. First impression of the site was not good as there were a lot of static caravans around which had obviously had been there for some years making it look like a gypsy encampment.

喜欢 Loved the lake! Facilities were REALLY clean.

不喜欢 The on site cafe was a little short on options. You have to remember to either leave your car outside the gate or have to wait for certain times for it to open.

Get into the great German outdoors, explore Bavarian heritage, mooch around museums or have several city days out from See Camping Günztal: its Bavarian Swabia location on the border with Baden-Wuerttemberg has it a handy base for heaps of days out. Several theme parks are in the immediate area, such as Legoland Germany, the Allgäu Skyline Park, the Ravensburger Spieleland and Tripsdrill, or you could make a splash on a rainy day at one of the area's waterparks; ask the Günztal team for recommendations. Other rainy day and indoor/underground options are the many museums around Bavarian Swabia and Bavaria, or a day down deep at the Adventure Cave World in Giengen-Hürben, which houses the famed Charlottenhöhle/ Charlotte’s Cave, one of the longest accessible caves in southern Germany.
