If you’ve been searching for a small, family-friendly campsite with spectacular views, you’ve hit the trump card with Ushuaïa Villages Camping les 4 Saisons. Set in the hillside Rhône-Alpes village of Grâne, the site looks over the Drôme Valley and the peak of Roche Colombe in the distance – a summer stay here means you can add colourful lavender and sunflower fields to the mix of views as well. In the low season, you have plenty of time to get out into the surrounding countryside. The village centre is only a 10-minute walk away; its theatre, shops and restaurants should keep you busy, at least when you're not preoccupied with activities like walking, canoeing on Drôme (10 minutes' drive), sightseeing and experiencing the local culture (food and drink tastings come highly recommended). In the high season, there's a peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere. Site life centres on the swimming pools, which open from May to mid-September – children can play safely in the paddling pool while parents supervise them from loungers on the sun deck – and the entertainment programme. A pétanque court, playground and bouncy castle are also available. From the end of March to the end of October only, the site has handy services to make life easy, including a bread delivery service and a bar and restaurant serving local specialities on the panoramic terrace. When there are events, the site also sets up a large TV screen.

Votre retour est difficile à recevoir pour nous car nous vous avons arranger dès votre arrivée et que vous ne nous avez rien signalé au cours de votre séjour.
Comme expliqué lors de votre départ, si vous vous étiez manifesté, nous aurions tout mis en œuvre pour régler les problèmes que vous avez rencontré.
Le logement que vous avez loué fait parti de nos "anciens", il est en effet dans une catégorie qualitative inférieure au logement initial que vous aviez choisi mais c'est vous qui avez demandé à changer afin d'avoir deux chambres.
Nous sommes néanmoins ravis que vous ayez tout de même apprécié le cadre et l'espace piscines.

喜欢 Such a good site, the staff was lovely and helpful. The pitches are big, we was able to pick ours and due to the heat we was able to get a nice shaded pitch.

不喜欢 The snack bar food was a little basic but still hot and fresh

washing machine broken
air conditioning in the restaurant was not working,
not many menu options were available and restaurant not open for one of our nights
tricky access gates for a twin axled caravan due to staff and visitors parking opposite the gates

The lovely town of Grane is within walking distance.

不喜欢 No dog poo bins around the site
To say the showers were luke warm is being generous. When you're paying approx £30 per night out of season you expect hot showers especially when the temperature is zero degrees.

Active families keen to get moving can follow hiking trails like the Sentier du Castor hugging the Drôme River (15 minutes’ walk), or hire canoes and kayaks to paddle upstream. Cyclists and mountain bikers have the pick of 18 official ‘La Drôme a Velo’ routes – try the scenic Col de Rousset (two hours and 40 minutes by bike), while biking novices might prefer to try for Crest (half an hour), have a breather and admire its 13th-century tower. For more outdoor family fun, organise a day on the zipwires and treetop ropes at Tree Forest Robin (20 minutes’ drive), or have a bump around when zorbing at the 100% Club (25 minutes). And if you want to treat the kids after all that running about, fill them up with chocolate from the Palace of Sweets and Nougat (half an hour). When exploring pretty Drôme Valley villages by car, start off in Cliousclat (20 minutes) and buy some of the glazed local pottery as souvenirs, and then head for the hilltop village of Mirmande (15 minutes), which has ‘Plus Beaux Villages de France’ status for its medieval ramparts and cobbled streets lined with art galleries and workshops.
