不喜欢 Extreme weather.site waterlogged from rain..like driving a boat around site. Advised they would ring on phone if river was about to flood...you are on an island on the Rhone, itself a beautiful and handy setting but not for this weather.
No refund..pre paid via pitch up

喜欢 Professional and polite staff. Relatively cosy in spite of the huge size.
The proximity to downtown Avignon makes it a real good site. Especially in the post season.

不喜欢 How quickly the site flooded. I was on a boat trip when I got a call to urgently move my caravan because of a flood. It had only been raining a few hours. I couldn’t get back to the van until 8pm and by that time my pitch was a quagmire. I’m on my own and 70 but had to move the van in the pitch dark. Everything including me was covered in mud. A really awful experience. They shouldn’t let the pitches that flood so quickly especially as the rain was forecast days before.

喜欢 Decent size pitches, once you find them. Not on grass, more dry earth.

不喜欢 It would have been nice to know there was no card machines working in the shop, bar or restaurant BEFORE we got there, or at the very least at check in so we could have found some cash.

A very complicated lay out, not easy to find your pitch.

喜欢 Great site in a great location. Pool is lovely with a great bar. Shop has a few items such as essentials but could be made much better as there are no shops local.
Pitches were a good size with adequate showers and toilets.

不喜欢 Would be good to have a gate to get to the river where the free ferry goes from
