喜欢 Grass Pitch was nice, very quiet camp site, friendly staff. Pool area in need of a makeover. Strict lifeguard rules ! Don’t forget your speedos for this one !

喜欢 friendliness of staff,
bed was confortable
on site food was outstanding
entertainment was good 2 bands and a karaoke evening-in French but al good fun
Lots to do on site, pedelo, golf, football, fishing court and a large park
Puy du fou and Futuroscope within around an hour away.

不喜欢 pool was a little small but was ok - considering the price we cant complain.

喜欢 Le calme, la bienveillance du personnel, leur rapidité à résoudre chaque problème, les activités et le cadre. Beaucoup de jeux au camping et à l étang pour occuper les enfants. Magasin à 10 minutes à pieds.

不喜欢 Le manque de propreté de certains vacanciers. En effet il est très dur de trouver des toilettes propres à certains moments. Je pense qu il faudrait songer à organiser un tour de ménage des sanitaires supplémentaire dans la journée. Il manque aussi très souvent le papier toilettes parfois plusieurs jours d affiliés ou bien il se coince dans le distributeur. Il y a des fuites dans certaines douches.
La piscine était vraiment fraîche, beaucoup de gens auraient appréciés d'avoir quelques degrés de plus et j'ai vu les plus frileux rester au bord.

Did you report this to reception? Concerning WIFI, it is accessible in the reception bar area of ​​the campsite, because we are in a very green landscaped area.

喜欢 By a lake access gate access from site was locked

不喜欢 No reception between 3pm and 6pm waited outside barrier for 2 hours. Phone calls went to answerphone. Police arrived on emergency and could not get through barrier.
Toilet blocked looked like had not been cleaned or sanitised since 30th august. Chart not signed since then.

Your feedback seems unjustified and we want to put the facts in context !
We spoke to you several times on the phone upon your arrival, telling you that we were in low season and that our reception is not open at all hours, that you would have to wait a little bit.
For your information, our toilets are cleaned several times a day, so this seems excessive to us.
Furthermore, a regional police investigation does not fit into the evaluation context of our establishment.
We remain at your disposal to discuss further.
