Les Pilotis du Cognac

喜欢: The hosts Frank and Martine were lovely and the Frittes were great...the pool is super clean the same as all the amenities..don't be put off by the hill we don't have electric bikes but managed it ..the site is peaceful....the cycling (without an electric bike) is easy to both Cognac n Jarnac we had 4 nights and we're quite happy with our choice

不喜欢: Pitches are not quite level some are better than others and some are bigger than others

喜欢: A small and very well kept site, the facilities are very good and very clean. The motorhome pitches are level, large and fenced around three sides. Lovely pool, nice and warm. Franck and Martine are very good hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. Martine’s home made jam is delicious and not to be missed. I can’t recommend this site highly enough, book ahead to avoid disappointment. We will definitely stay here again. Un petit camping très bien entretenu, les installations sont très bonnes et très propres. Les emplacements pour camping-car sont plats, grands et clôturés sur trois côtés. Belle piscine, agréable et chaleureuse. Franck et Martine sont de très bons hôtes et n'auraient pas pu être plus serviables ou amicaux. La confiture maison de Martine est délicieuse et à ne pas manquer. Je ne peux que recommander ce camping, réservez à l'avance pour éviter toute déception. Nous reviendrons certainement ici.

喜欢: We had a fantastic stay at Les Pilotis du Cognac. Franck and Martine were wonderful hosts who made us feel completely at home and could not have been more helpful. The pool is great, the other facilities were immaculate and the campsite is in a brilliant location, near the river and lovely bikes rides along the river to Cognac and Jarnac. Strongly recommended.

喜欢: What a little hidden gem ! We loved this site , the hosts were so welcoming. They gave us lots of ideas of places to go to ,arranged activities, pool party was great fun , collected the bread & croissants every morning.The toilets & showers were excellent .We really enjoyed our stay here .And will return next summer.

喜欢: We had a great 4 night stay. Lovely helpful and friendly hosts; Frank and Martine. Excellent location for visiting Cognac and river side cycling routes to Jarnac and other villages. Peaceful as long as you don’t mind the dusk to night frog chorus ( wear earplugs and you won’t be troubled at all). Facilities clean and convenient. The lovely outdoor pool was very welcome on a hot afternoon. We went to the Cognac tour at Frapin about 35 min cycle away, which was very interesting and very very good small production cognac. WiFi excellent.

喜欢: The owner - Franc and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool was absolutely lovely. Franc was still working on the site getting pitches ready but he checked with us before starting work for the day and waited for us to go out before he did anything noisy around us. The surrounding area was lovely with good cycle routes. We extended our stay from 3 to 6 nights. Wifi was excellent. The frog chorus in the evening was strangely very soothing ! Thank you Franc

喜欢: Very helpful and friendly owner. Quiet and peaceful.

不喜欢: The facilities were really clean but I would have liked a toilet seat. The showers are private and outside which I think would be lovely in summer.
