Well placed, clean and friendly campsite.

喜欢 Lovely small campsite in the centre of Surgéres, which itself is a very interesting town.
Great base for exploring the area including La Rochelle.
Walking distance to supermarket, boulangerie and other shops.
Good restaurants too.
Campsite staff friendly and helpful. Free WiFi. Although our visit was end of season good amenities at the campsite. Chalets as well as pitches available to book.
Everything well looked after and clean.
不喜欢 Only negative was our noisy « neighbours » in the car park over the river who were in town for the fête at the end of the month.

喜欢 Super location, next to a big park for the dog to walk in & football goal for the kids. 5 mins walk from big supermarket and the town. Great bar with good, well priced food. Nice pitches (varying sizes but mostly quite decent). Super helpful and friendly owners who spoke English. Lovely central BBQ area which we enjoyed using. Fantastic site, would definitely visit again!

喜欢 We travelled through France and Spain, staying on 11 sites in two weeks, gaining a sense of what makes a good site which most suited our purposes. Our most important criteria are a clean, quiet, friendly, welcoming site, which makes us feel relaxed, happy and wanting to return. Some sites were chosen as they were on our planned route and others through necessity or convenience.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The site is on the edge of town, with restaurants and a supermarket close by. There was also an onsite snack bar. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pitches were tidy and well maintained with plentiful electric hookups. The pool was clean as were the showers and toilets.

不喜欢 Les horaires de piscine fermer de 12 h a 14 heure pas précise ds l annonce sur l a nonce marquer 3 fois par semaine club enfant mais qu il y avait qu une fois . Pas Accueillant. Les habituer faut la loi, les enfant nous pas droit de jouer ds la piscine ça les déranger. Tobbogant danger car y a un seul bassin , nettoyage de la piscine laisser a désirer.

Tous nos autres avis sont très bons voire excellents...
Lors de votre séjour, tout était sujet à critiquer de toute façon.
Je trouve tout de même un peu fort pour une famille qui ne s'est pas changée une seule fois de la semaine et qui ne prenait pas de douche avant d'entrer dans la piscine, de parler de propreté de notre piscine...
Quant à la fermeture de la piscine entre midi et 2, nous souhaitons préserver la tranquillité de nos clients et de nos voisins pendant la pause méridienne et grand bien nous fasse quand on entendait vos enfants hurler toute la journée dans la piscine (puisque vous passiez vos journées dans notre piscine sale...). Et vous trouvez anormal que les autres clients vous fassent des remarques sur le comportement de vos enfants???
Pour revenir sur les activités enfants (et non pas club enfants), il n'y en avait que 2 cette semaine (zumba et activités manuelles) mais je n'y ai pas vu vos enfants!
Et pour finir, je dirai qu'on a l'accueil qu'on mérite! et j'espère que Pitchup fera le nécessaire pour vous exclure de ses clients!
