喜欢 Pool and snack bar and games room staff was friendly.

不喜欢 The camp. Seemed over stretched and large group of teens sadly made my stay u confortable. They was loud after 10pm running round the place just careless as teen are.

Regarding the absence of a bin in the toilets, this seems unusual as each toilet cabin is normally equipped with a bin. We perform a full cleaning of the toilets every day, and if necessary, we do a second cleaning to ensure they remain spotless. We will check this to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Indeed, there can be busy periods, and our campsite is often favored for short stays, but we still hope to welcome you back for a longer visit if you wish!

Regarding the size of the pitch, please note that sizes vary greatly to meet the different needs of our guests.
The noise you mentioned was caused by a large group staying on the campsite that evening, as well as external celebrations related to July 14th, which is a national holiday. Patrols are carried out in the evenings to minimize these disturbances as much as possible.

Regarding the absence of toilet seats in the ladies’ toilets, this is actually normal for this type of facility. However, please note that the accessible toilets (for persons with reduced mobility), which are open to everyone, do have toilet seats. 不喜欢 No electricity on the pitch when we paid for it , so didn’t us any electric but still charged for it.

As previously mentioned by email, our snack bar was still open at the time of your arrival. You spoke with my colleague about your pitch and other information, but at no point did you mention that you were unable to locate the electrical hook-up.

A phone number is also displayed on the campsite information board for any questions or emergencies, but you did not contact us.

The next morning, the reception opened at 8:30 a.m., and you did not come to inform us of the issue. It was only after your departure that we received an email explaining that you hadn’t found the electricity and that you were requesting a refund.

However, any complaint must be made while on site. Since no issue was reported during your stay, we have no way of verifying whether or not the electricity was used.

喜欢 Great site and facilities, pool we heavenly in the heat / would highly recommend.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

不喜欢 Would have been helpful for more choice of product in the shop

喜欢 The pool, 44 degrees C, the pool was a lifesaver
Reception, very efficient and very friendly and helpful, EHU didnt work, came straight round to fix it within 5 minutes.
The food hut, Tuesday was Pizza night, one of the best Pizzas we’ve had.
Liked the site so much we stayed a second night.
5 minute walk to village centre and shops etc
Great showers etc
