If you’re the kind of family that has a seemingly endless appetite for activity, you'll have landed in the right place when you stay at Camping Maeva Escapades Les Trois Sources, 10 minutes’ drive from the Lot town of Sousceyrac-en-Quercy. To call this site well-equipped would be something of an understatement: it’s got such a lengthy list of leisure facilities that even reading about them might tire you out. Much of the fun centres around the pool area, which has a heated main pool, a paddling pool and a pair of waterslides (plus loungers where parents can supervise while sunbathing). But beyond that there are also play areas, a miniature golf course, a petting zoo, a pétanque court, ping-pong tables, an outdoor fitness area, a multisports area for tennis, football and volleyball… Take a break at this point and look towards the lake, which has quiet fishing sessions in the morning and the chance to swim or go paddleboarding in the afternoon. It’s also got a zipline for daredevils to zoom over the water. And that's not all… because in summer there's a great list of activities as well, from soothing yoga classes to kids' creative sessions and evening entertainment for all. And of course all this needs to be fuelled by plenty of food, either from the site shop or at the restaurant. There’s also a bar where you can unwind from all this activity with a cool beer or a creative cocktail.

喜欢 We had such a fantastic stay at this campsite! The location under the beautiful oak trees made everything feel peaceful and shaded, even on the hottest days. The pool area was amazing – with fun water slides that kept both the kids and adults entertained for hours. There was always something to do, thanks to the wide range of activities and evening entertainment. The atmosphere was lively but still relaxing, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. It’s the perfect place for families who want both adventure and relaxation in a natural setting. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🌳💦✨

喜欢 L'emplacement grand et ombrageux en milieu d'aprèm. L'isolement du camping. L'absence d'éclairage en continue la nuit. L'accueil et l'amabilité des employés. Le nb d'activités proposées. Propreté des sanitaires. La présence sur place d'un bar et d'un "restau".

不喜欢 Le mini golf est à rénover. Rien n'est droit.

当地景点

The on-site attractions will likely keep you busy for much of your time here, but it's worth factoring in some time to explore the area too. The site is in the Gorges de la Cère, a gorgeous natural setting with several lovely walks nearby – the Lac Sauvage loop and the Lac des Vergnes trail are a couple of favourites. You can go canoeing on the Cère or the Dordogne within a half-hour drive, or visit Lac du Tolerme (20 minutes’ drive) for watersports, swimming and walking trails. Natural landmarks to visit include the Grottes de Presque (35 minutes) and Gouffre de Padirac (45 minutes), and there are manmade attractions like the atmospheric Tours de Merle (35 minutes) and the clifftop Château des Anglais (40 minutes), with some attractive waterfalls nearby. This area is packed with pretty villages to wander around – places like Curemonte (55 minutes), Collonges-la-Rouge (an hour) and Turenne (an hour) are all worth spending time in. Rocamadour (an hour), clinging to a cliff, is a must-visit, and has Monkey Forest close by for the kids.
