Looking for a getaway in the scenic Gers? Somewhere with plenty for the kids to do, and lots of facilities so the chores don't interfere with your holiday? A place that’s dog-friendly so your best pal can come along too? Set in a leafy 133-acre park 10 minutes’ drive from Castelnau-d’Auzan, Les Lacs d’Armagnac might well be the very place for you. So what’s going on here for the kids? Horse riding, for starters. And for the whole family? There’s one lake for swimming, kayaking and scrambling over the inflatable obstacle course, and another for fishing. You can also hire e-bikes on site to explore the gorgeous Gers surroundings, and within 15 minutes’ drive, you can reach a golf course and tennis courts And when it comes to handy amenities, the site comes up trumps again, with breakfast baguettes and pastries baked on site, a lakeside bar and restaurant serving regional dishes, ice creams and local wines, and a convenience store at reception where you can pick up local produce. And what about the dogs? You can walk them around the lake, or take them on adventures around the Armagnac region’s multitude of hiking trails.

喜欢 Location and the Lake and pitches .
Walks for dogs and tranquility.

不喜欢 This site could be amazing if the owners just made an effort to tidy things up, repair things and make good all the tired bits of equipment .
The restaurant was advertised but not open. Only the bar and basic snacks it has everything for families and couples etc but just very shabby .

不喜欢 En la descripción del camping indica que hay piscina exterior, es falso. Hay una zona del lago acotada simulando una piscina pero es la misma agua estancada.
El bungalow muy sucio, innumerables telarañas, polvo... hacía mucho que ese bungalow no se limpiaba. La ducha es de 60cm2, para una persona adulta de 1,80 es muy incómoda. Saltaba la luz al conectar el tostador...
En ningún lugar previamente en su web se informa que los hinchables acuáticos son para mayores de 6 años... así que con mi hija de 4 tuvimos que marchar un parque acuático a 15km. Falta información exacta cuando se contrata.
El personal del camping tampoco fue muy empático y resolutivo con la situación y sus explicaciones fueron bastante evasivas.

For a taste of regional heritage, the Gallo-Roman Villa Seviac (50 minutes’ drive) has intricate ancient Roman mosaics on display in a partially excavated compound, and there are ruined medieval châteaux at both Lagardère (25 minutes) and Pardailhan (half an hour). You can tour the peaceful cloisters, gardens and kitchens at the restored 14th-century Cistercian Flaran Abbey (25 minutes), where there’s also an unexpected – and exceptional – collection of fabulous artworks by Dalí, Monet and Renoir. Another stop on your cultural tour might be the half-timbered houses in historic Éauze (50 minutes), where you can also sample Armagnac in cellar bars and buy local treats from the lively Thursday market. Another enjoyable option for the whole family is dressing up as peasants and learning how to use medieval catapults at Camp Seat Médiéval (20 minutes). And when the kids need a respite from all the cultural stuff, they can cuddle alpacas, ponies and donkeys at Ferme de Hustet (25 minutes).
