Camping du Château de Leychoisier

喜欢: Een prachtige plek in de tuin van het Chateau ! Nadat wij geen geschikte plaats konden vinden waar de Caravan niet zou wegzakken en wij de camping wilde verlaten, bood de gastvrije Chateau eigenaar ons tenslotte een plek aan op het prachtige grasveld van het Chateau. Hierdoor hebben wij alsnog een goede en fijne overnachting kunnen hebben.

不喜欢: Door de extreme regenval was de camping helaas veranderd in niet begaanbare plaatsen vol met modder en water. Vooral ook heel erg voor de uiterst vriendelijke Chateau eigenaar.

喜欢: We loved the relaxed tranquil atmosphere. The owner was really obliging and friendly. There is a family of deer within the grounds- so beautiful. The facilities are basic and dated but clean. It is the perfect place for a stopover for a day or two:

不喜欢: Walk around the extensive grounds and be within nature but go to a supermarket for your essentials first.

喜欢: Woodland setting. Plenty of hot water in showers.

不喜欢: Stuck in woodland setting as gates locked at 19.00 so you can't get to local bars and restaurants. Pool slightly cloudy, first time ever in France or Spain. Showers need updating with proper lighting. No escape route marked/lit or night lighting.

喜欢: The surrounding area, the facilities and location. We had a woodland pitch so shady and full of wildlife. The sanitary block was clean and well kept, the walk up was lovely. The grounds well kept and the play area fir the children looked lovely. On-site restaurant and bar was a bonus. Close to the motorway so not too far off our route. Warmly greeted even at our parish arrival (7pm), the chap was lovely and welcoming.

不喜欢: Only the lighting……. There are no lights leading to the sanitary block, so we stumbled about a bit using our phone torches. But this is a minor problem in a gorgeous setting.

喜欢: Loved this peaceful site with a beautiful castle, also had a lovely meal in the restaurant

不喜欢: Toilets and showers a little tired but really fine. The only thing I really didn’t like was when I showered my mum in the accessible toilet there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke - I presume someone was smoking in the room next door, it was really horrible in the confined space

喜欢: Pitch was very nice and shady on a hot day. Toilets and showers ok. Didn’t use any of the restaurants.

不喜欢: No site map to show where we could empty any of our tanks.
