Camping Paris Est

喜欢 Facilities are very clean, and the staff friendly. Relatively easy to get in to Paris, although, not as easy as the site described. A bus and a train, and about 40 minutes travel time.
The site is very large, as are the pitches generally. Overall a positive site with the exception of the noise.

不喜欢 Very very noisy site. The A4 runs behind the site and is extremely noisy all night. Constant traffic and sirens do not make for a quiet night. The site is generally very noisy. We stayed for 3 nights and were woken by van doors opening and closing and vehicles driving around from 05:45 am.
Absolutely not a peaceful, quiet campsite, which is a shame.

喜欢 Super schön gelegener Campingplatz mit sehr freundlichem Personal.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Anbindung über den Bus, Zug und Metro nach Paris und die ausführliche Beschreibung auf einen Blatt in verschiedenen Sprachen.
Sehr gutes Frühstück und ein kleiner Supermarkt.

不喜欢 The smell of toilets was overwehelming! Nowhere to wash hands you had to walk around to a separate bit.
Just like most French camps, no toilet seats. Bring hand gels or sprays

喜欢 Als Ausgangspunkt für einen Parisbesuch sehr gut. Buslinie geht direkt vom Platz bis zum Bahnhof, von dem man schnell ins Zentrum kommt.
Stellplatz geschottert und ausreichend groß, Sanitäranlagen in Ordnung.

喜欢 The staff were lovely. All the reception team were helpful, pleasant & spoke good English.
Good email communication prior to stay.
The toilets & showers were mainly kept clean although some campers leave them in a disgraceful state....no fault of the staff.
Location was excellent for getting in to Paris city.
Bar/restaurant offered food. Although we didn't eat there, what I saw looked lovely.

不喜欢 Apart from one, the tumble dryers were pretty useless. Cost of washing & drying was expensive compared with the South of France in May this year.
Some pitches were quite small but they seemed to be pretty level.
The bar did not sell any non/low alcohol lager or beers which in this day & age, I think should be offered.
