喜欢 Well set up campsite, friendly staff, right on the river, large private pitches, very clean facilities with lots of games options for kids and a great little pizza kitchen for evenings

不喜欢 The only thing I would prefer but its not really a problem is centrally located washrooms, especially if the weather is less favorable, the village of Bouafles itself although pretty is void of anything, you have to traveling 5 mins by road, 45 mins by foot to the next town for restaurant and shop options, but these are not complaints we were prepared its just to help people with their research.

喜欢 Great camp site. Very well maintained. Great shower & toilet facilities. Staff were very polite, welcoming and helpful. Great shaded pitches due to the trees so it was perfect for us and the dogs. Great sized pitches.

不喜欢 This was our fault for not bringing a ground sheet and not a campsite problem. Our only dislike would be the lack of grass to pitch our large awning to our campervan as we had to put our awning at the back of the pitch (as this was where the most grass was) with the van going across the middle of the pitch (from left to right, essentially cutting the pitch in half), just so the awning was on grass and did not tear on the gravel. There were also a few dips in the pitch which were where we had pitched the awning at the back so as we stepped out of the awning there were 2 holes we had to make sure we did not twist our ankles in. This was just very unfortunate because of where we had to pitch our awning because the rest of the pitch was level. If we had bought a ground sheet with us, we would never have noticed these as they were towards the back of the pitch.

Like everywhere else, we sometimes experience power outages because some people plug in their cars or use appliances that cause power surges, but generally when you report it to us, the problem is resolved within 15 minutes at most.

喜欢 The pitches are spacious and the staff are very friendly. The outside bar is open in the evenings and there's a very relaxed atmosphere as the sun goes down. The local area is varied and interesting and is great for exploring each day.

不喜欢 It really wasn't a very peaceful site. On two mornings we were woken early by a large septic tank emptying truck, which was also very smelly. One morning someone was using a chainsaw from 8am for a couple of hours. There was a lot of lawn mowing going on by more permanent residents.
The other thing that most people would dislike is the motion sensitive lights in the showers. About every ten seconds they turn off and you are left showering in the dark.

来自经理: I am sorry for the noise disturbance. We very rarely have problems with septic tanks, so you were unlucky. Mowing large areas is not permitted after 8 o'clock in the morning!
We will try to extend the lighting time in the showers.

喜欢 Beautiful, well maintained property. There were so many things to do on the property. It is well located on the border of the river. Perfect!

不喜欢 There wasn't a pool. My kids were more concerned with this than me.

Loved having fresh bread every morning and the pizzas were great too.
Lots to do within an hour of the site so a good base

来自经理: Bouafles is a village with a ‘starry sky’ label, meaning there is little light pollution at night.
As for Wi-Fi, we have already looked into the issue, which is not as simple as it seems. It's not enough to be in 2025.
We have installed several Wi-Fi zones and a teleworking area, but for the park as a whole, it's very complicated. And anyway, a little disconnection doesn't hurt in the end.

喜欢 Large spacious and private pitch
Both gravel and grass which is really nice to choose where to put van and tent.
Bar and social area was really nicely presented
Pizza’s were lovely and a good size! Really fresh and very tasty!
Many toilets and individual sink areas
Showers were large and had a small area to put bag/toiletries which is a good addition to a shower cubicle.
Large array of space and facilities such as a park, tennis court, trampoline, working cubes for travelling workers (although didn’t use), fresh bread/croissants and pastries in the morning- very reasonably priced.
Really friendly dogs that were out and around the social area/bar.
We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to others.

不喜欢 The sanitary block is too far away from the tent/ campervan pitches.
The lights in the showers go off too quickly (appreciate they are sensor and this is a good option for campsites but they don’t stay on long enough)
