Our campsite is mainly wooded. Some pitches are very sunny. But when you asked us for shade upon arrival, we cannot always change your place because we welcome many people. Some want shade, others want sun. We cannot satisfy everyone, unfortunately.

喜欢 Immaculate site. Very friendly reception staff. Local to walk to town. Great toilets and showers. Faultless.

不喜欢 Not a dislike really, we weren't given a pass for the pool. We did try to get in there on the last day, but it was closing anyway.
A note for others going for a swim- there's no shorts allowed, men need to wear Speedo style trunks.

喜欢 Modern site with good facilities (loo roll provided). Hardstanding pitches with grassed area and hedging and many trees for shade. Motorhome service point available. Free WiFi. Food van available on some day's. Retail sites just over the road too.
Great location for walking to the central tourist sites along a riverside path (ignore the first sign to go roadside) and the river takes you to the back of the Cathedral. Oasis Bar opposite the cross-stitch is good for those who don't want to see it!

喜欢 Exceptionally clean, new shower block.
Good sized pitch.
Recycling facilities.

不喜欢 Nothing but was confused as to which taps were for drinking water as not labelled potable or non- potable. No wi-fi.

喜欢 Friendly staff, immaculate grounds, spotless facilities. In walking distance of the war museum, shops and restaurants. Fantastic site, really recommend a visit here.

不喜欢 Only dislike was pitches were quite small, but hedges in between for privacy.
