喜欢 Gyönyörű a kemping, tisztaság van mindenhol, csodás növények, árnyék, barátságos környezet.

不喜欢 Nem volt nálunk konnektor átalakító, pedig szükségünk lett volna az áramra, de a recepción sem tudtak adni. Szerencsére volt ott egy család, aki éppen hazaindult, ők leadtak egyet, ezért tudtunk áramhoz jutni. Ez egy kicsit kellemetlen volt.

We are sorry about the inconvenience with the electricity adapter. We do keep a number of adapters available at the reception for guests to borrow, but unfortunately, during your stay they were all already in use. For future reference, adapters can also be purchased at the supermarket located at the entrance to the campsite, as well as at DIY stores such as Bauhaus.

Zusätzlich bieten wir auch einfache Stellplätze ohne diese Anschlüsse an – diese gehören zu den preisgünstigsten Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten auf unserem Campingplatz. Wenn Ihnen Strom- und Wasseranschlüsse für Ihren Komfort wichtig sind, empfehlen wir Ihnen, eine Campingparzelle zu buchen.

Bezüglich der Sauberkeit unserer Sanitäranlagen: Unser Reinigungsteam ist den ganzen Tag über auf dem Campingplatz im Einsatz. Vielen Dank für Ihren Hinweis – wir werden diesem Thema besondere Aufmerksamkeit schenken.

喜欢 Absolut schöner Campingplatz mit sehr guter Infrastruktur und sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Der Platz liegt direkt am Meer und verfügt über ein Restaurant mit einer sehr schönen Terrasse mit Meerblick. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

喜欢 Spacieux, propre : il faudrait juste que la personne chargée d'arroser les haies fasse attention de ne pas arroser, et donc tremper ce qu'il y a derrière, c'est à dire sièges, matériel du campeur

Wir hatten uns so auf das Meer gefreut, doch das Wasser hat nach Kolake gerochen. 500 m weiter wurde Abwasser ins Meer geleitet.
An der Rezeption wurde wir regelrecht veräppelt, erst sprach der Herr hinter demn Tresen ganz gut deutsch, dann hat er uns auf einmal nicht mehr verstanden und sprach mit seinen Kollegen Kroatisch und lachten dabei. Super.

Our campsite is surrounded by the sea on two sides. On one of our beaches, the Žrnovnica River flows into the sea, naturally bringing river sand and aquatic vegetation with it. As a result, the sea in this area can sometimes appear cloudy. This is a natural phenomenon caused by the river and is unfortunately beyond our control. We would like to emphasize, however, that no wastewater is discharged into the sea.

Guests who prefer the typical waters of the Adriatic coast are also welcome to use our second beach, which features a pebble shoreline and the characteristic waters of the Adriatic. In addition, all of our guests have access to our outdoor swimming pools as well as our Wellness & Spa Centre.

We are also sorry that you felt you were not treated respectfully at the reception. Providing friendly and professional service is one of our top priorities, and we take your comments very seriously. We will discuss the situation with our team internally.

不喜欢 No information about wrist bands you need them to use the showers, which are limited to 10 minutes. You also need them for the washing machines, which are expensive at 7 euros a wash. Also WiFi is very poor.

Our reception staff provide every guest with a wristband upon arrival and explain its purpose. We are sorry if there was any misunderstanding. In addition, instructions on how to activate the showers are displayed in all of our sanitary facilities.

As an eco-certified campsite, we introduced the wristband-operated shower system to help reduce the consumption of drinking water and promote more sustainable use of this valuable resource.

Regarding the Wi-Fi, the entire campsite is covered by our wireless network. However, the signal strength may vary depending on the number of users connected at the same time. We are continuously working to improve the quality of our Wi-Fi service.
