喜欢 Facilities and bar great staff friendly

不喜欢 75 euro deposit with 14-28 day refund requirement. plus additional costs for showers and waste bin bags that we were charged for and never received. Not worth an overnight or two. May be better if longer but these hidden fees were annoying. Heated pool is freezing and full of dead wasps and hornets.

Couldn’t get in or out of the gate to the campsite
Told you to ring a number when you get there, but didn’t ring

Says they had a pool but wasn’t available both days we were there

不喜欢 Bij aankomst werd 34 euro waarborg voor de sleutel van mijn bankrekening afgehaald.
Bij vertrek heb ik de instructies gevold, er was niemand in de receptie.
Tot heden, niettegenstaande een tiental mails wordt de waarborg niet teruggestort.
Een gunstig gevolg zou ik waarderen. Beide partijen moeten correct zijn.

喜欢 Extremely friendly. We arrived late and office was closed but was able to contact Cindy by phone and she had arranged for everything to be left in the bar for us. Restaurant kitchen also stayed open a little later for us as we hadn't eaten.

不喜欢 I booked a 3-night stay Via Pitchup. Paid the deposit and was informed that the balance would automatically be paid in May. The total for 3 nights, including leccy is €54, but with local taxes to be paid on arrival, amounting to €9 So, imagine my surprise when I got a final invoice from the site directly wanting full payment directly to them No problem until I realised the invoice was for twice the amount. €106 euros. They had missed off the dog but charged us for a shower card we don't need (€25), a barrier card we don't need as we have no intention of leaving the site in 3 days (€50), a Rubbish bag, whatever that is (€2.50).I paid Pitchup the balance. Things took a nose dive. We arrived on a Wednesday, and Reception closes on Wednesday!!! The waiting car park had other new guests besides ourselves. A lovely Dutch man who spoke Flemish took command and phoned the number stuck to the reception door. Eventually, a young girl appeared, but I guess manning the reception was not among her skills. When it got to my turn, she presented me with a bill for the complete 3-day stay plus extras. I pointed out with the Pitch up receipt as evidence that we had paid, did not need a shower card, as we were self-contained. Nor did we need a barrier fob as we had no intention of leaving the site while we were there. The barrier lets you out, but you need a fob to get back in. The rubbish bag apparently is the law for stays over 2 days. It is clear and you leave it by your pitch on departure for pickup. That's her completely confused, and she spends 20 minutes trying to raise someone more senior. Eventually, we got through to her and she gave us our pitch, and we didn't have to pay any more. They still didn't realise we had a dog! we sayed first week of June and all facilties were shut
