喜欢 Pitch sizes were large.

Don’t have children but can imagine children would enjoy the beach area.

不喜欢 We were put right next to the toilets, which was very very loud. Come 10pm the toilets were so loud with people congregating and shouting, this went on every night (3 night stay) until about 1am

Men’s toilets stunk of stale urine. No one it would seem would flush the urinals.
Female toilets clean enough but had men and women and children in there. For only two showers and 4 toilets became quite busy. Also the toilets didn’t seem to have hand soap.

We do find it unfortunate that you did not report these issues to our reception during your stay. If we had known about the noise during your very first night, we could have intervened immediately and addressed the situation with the guests involved. We always encourage our guests to contact us when something is disturbing them, so that we have the opportunity to resolve it while they are still staying with us.

Regarding the sanitary facilities, our cleaning team comes by twice a day, as is common on campsites, to clean and maintain the facilities. Unfortunately, we cannot control whether guests flush the toilets or urinals after use. If urinals are left unflushed, this can naturally cause an unpleasant smell, and we are sorry that you experienced this.

We also understand your comment about the facilities becoming busy. During peak periods, our sanitary facilities can indeed be more heavily used, and we continuously monitor their condition throughout the day.

As for the hand soap, this is certainly something we take seriously and will check more closely to make sure it is available whenever needed.

We are sorry that you left with a negative impression of your stay. At the same time, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address these concerns during your visit. A quick report at reception would have allowed us to take action, particularly regarding the nighttime noise.

We nevertheless thank you for your feedback, as it helps us remain attentive to the experience of our guests.

喜欢 Peaceful, in nature, nice size plot for campervan. Nice reception staff.

喜欢 The whole site is so well laid out. The lake and children’s play area is brilliant. Beach bar makes you feel like you are in Spain or Italy, especially this week on the high temperatures.
We originally booked for one night and then extended our stay!

喜欢 Wir konnten problemlos nach 18 Uhr einchecken trotz geschlossener Rezeption, über eine Mail mit entsprechenden Informationen. Große Stellplätze/Zeltplätze. Saubere und ansprechende sanitäre Anlagen.

喜欢 Saubere Anlage. Sanitären Anlagen sauber trotz sehr vielen Gäste.

不喜欢 Leider hatten wir von einer Familie bis 23.00 Uhr laute Musik und unangenehme laute Diskussionen. Zum Glück hatten wir nur eine Nacht gebucht.

喜欢 Gli spazi molto grandi, il laghetto balneabile, la posizione invidiabile, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff.

不喜欢 I bagni erano un po' pochi per tutti i campeggiatori e avrebbero avuto bisogno di essere puliti più spesso, spesso mancava anche la carta igienica.

喜欢 Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Rezeption. Sehr gut organisiert. Sanitäreinrichtungen, sehr ordentlich und sauber. Insgesamt ein toller Campingplatz. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
