喜欢: We was close to the toilets, and could let the kids play on the park freely. Tent pitches are clearly marked Decent location for things to do

不喜欢: Sand pit very dirty the kids feet was black We wasn’t a fan of the shared toilets The pitch was loud - lots of road voice and sounded like a monkey forest in the morning If you are on a tent pitch you are far away from the main part The toilets seemed to get very dirty towards the end of the night

喜欢: Location, camp site setting, plot setting out, staff great, shower block excellent and one of the best I've seen.

喜欢: Cleanliness of sanitary block. Although the toilet/shower/washing & dishwashing amenities were all in the same unisex facility. Very disconcerting & strange.

不喜欢: Pitch that was advertised on Pitchup as ‘unlimited’ size was too small for our awning. Expected water services & drainage at the pitch but there was none. The fresh water hose was lying on the ground adjacent to the chemical toilet disposal point. Not at all hygienic. The camp site was like a shanty town with ramshackle caravans and units. Consequently having paid for 4 nights we left after one. Went to a superb site in NL instead The advertised (on website) amenities appeared to be closed or not very amenable.

喜欢: We arrived via a muddy track to find the gate locked, we parked and walked to reception. A pleasant young girl informed us that restaurant etc closed until the weekend. I had paid in full so requested a refund so we could go elsewhere, the girl went to talk to the owner who clearly wasn't prepared to talk to us, finally got a refund and then had to find a hotel as it was late. Disappointed that owner couldn't be bothered with us, wouldn't bother going with that awful attitude.

来自经理: Sorry to hear that your expectations do not match what we offer. As clearly stated, our restaurant is open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the low season. As the owner, we are not present 24-7 and we rely on good staff. We regret your unpleasant experience at Camping Siesta.
