Sprawling views of meadows and mountains. A short hop from Anglesey’s famed sandy beach of Lligwy. What more could you want? Well, at Dulas Meadow, you also get peaceful adults-only touring pitches and uber-modern facilities. Even better, dogs are welcome on site, so Fido gets to share in your Welsh island adventure, too. This is a peaceful site that doesn't allow group bookings. There are three water points close by, so you never have to walk far for a drink. A special mention also goes to the shower blocks, both fashioned from wood, which are really quite deluxe. Meadow Blossom is a chill-out cabin with a pamper area, while Flushing Meadow has a spotless shower and two loos. They’re more VIP areas than anything you’d expect to find in a field on Anglesey. When it's time to slow down and unwind, head to the on-site Sunset Sauna (additional fee applies), a peaceful woodfired sauna overlooking open green fields. And when you’re up for making new friends, there are two social areas with firepits where you can bump into other guests and reminisce about your day’s adventures. If you’re not feeling the chatty vibe, there are plenty of quiet corners for moments of solitude surrounded by gorgeous nature. If you’d like to use public transport while staying at Dulas Meadow, there is a bus stop at the end of the lane. The number 62 bus between Cemaes and Bangor on the mainland stops there regularly throughout the day.

喜欢 What a gem of a site. Lovely and quiet, the perfect place to relax. The site is kept immaculate as were all the facilities and the views are stunning. Lots of information about the area was recorded in a folder in the welcome hut which was really helpful. Great location for visiting Anglesey. Lovely friendly hosts

喜欢 Absolutely perfect 😄. Wow, where do I begin? Upon arrival we were met by the owner Greg, very welcoming and guided us to our plot.... massive area and beautiful manicured lawns... set up and explored what this site has to offer... pure perfection, beyond clean, beyond your imagination as to 'camping sites' and what is offered. Toilets, showers, sauna ( what a wonderful hour we spent in the private sauna) cows and their calves, birds a plenty along with the view ❤️... hopping out to dare to go under the cold shower in windy conditions to cool down, was an experience.
We spent 5 days on this beautiful site and for a few days it happened to be extremely windy, Greg even put his van in front of our tent to protect us from the winds (so sweet)
This campsite is a must ( don't really want to broadcast this as I don't want to lose out next year when we return) but for all the happy campers out there honestly you must experience a stay here, unforgettable.
Well done to the beautiful owners of this site and seeing their dreams flourish through their hard work, commitment and an understanding of what camping should be like... we will be back and thankyou for giving us the perfect place to camp 😘

喜欢 We liked the quietness, the facilities were really good, hot showers without the annoying button you have to press every minute.
Everywhere was so clean and tidy.

Fringed by dunes, the vast sandy expanse at Traeth Lligwy (10 minutes’ drive) is a top spot for walks (dogs are welcome, which is another bonus) or for digging around assorted rockpools. From there, you can also access the Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path for windswept walks along the shore. It was the ancient Romans who started mining at Mynydd Parys | Parys Mountain Copper Mine (10 minutes). After centuries of mineral extraction, the desolate landscape is reminiscent of something from a sci-fi movie. The acid conditions of the ground mean that only some rare species of lichens are able to thrive here. Make your way to the easternmost tip of Anglesey and Trwyn Penmon Point (40 minutes), with the 19th-century Trwyn Du Lighthouse and views of Puffin Island, just offshore. To see the resident puffins (plus other seabirds including cormorants and guillemots), you’ll have to catch a boat from Beaumaris, a 15-minute drive from Trwyn Penmon Point.
