Caravan and Motorhome Club member and looking for a small and peaceful site in Eryri (formerly Snowdonia) National Park? They’ve got you covered at Tŷ Cerrig Certificated Location, set on a third-generation family-run sheep farm five minutes’ drive from the tiny hamlet of Rhydymain, and they’ve thrown in spectacular views of forest and mountains for good measure too. You have a choice of neatly maintained riverside pitches, all of which have electric hook-ups, drinking water and wifi. A track leads to a smartly converted stone barn with pristine toilet and shower facilities. The site sits alongside the Afon (river) Tŷ Cerrig, and you can exercise your canine chums on numerous walks directly into the countryside. It’s easy to access thanks to its proximity to the A494, and is positioned between Bala and Dolgellau (both 15 minutes’ drive), historic market towns rich in charm and leisure opportunities as well as having a few shops, cafés, pubs and takeaways.

喜欢 Absolutely beautiful place. Amazing value for money - the kitchen, toilet and showers are immaculate. Very personal touches and hosts are so welcoming - even offered to lend us a longer hose to fill up our water tank. Booked last minute and turned up half hour later and it was no bother at all. Incredibly peaceful and quiet. Kitchen has a little honesty box for a cup of coffee or juice - use of a fridge and freezer. It was like a b&b but sleeping in your own van. The best place we’ve stayed by a mile.

喜欢 Great location, peace and quiet.Jets occasionally fly low overhead and quite a sight to see. The most amazing kitchen facilities I've seen on any site- everything you could need and spotlessly clean.

不喜欢 The pitches are pretty sloped, you need leveling blocks, but wood blocks are supplied if needed. The walk up to the toilet/ kitchen- take a torch! The owner, who is a working farmer on site, was a really nice chap and said it will be getting constant improvements. If these are done to the same standard as what has been done, it'll be amazing!

喜欢 Peaceful site, wonderful friendly and helpful owners. Site and facilities spotless and kitchen extremely well equipped with honesty box for coffee and locally made honey. Pitches large and site when we visited very quiet. Lots of information about local walks / biking available in kitchen and from owners who go out of their way to ensure you are welcomed and have everything you need to enjoy your stay.

不喜欢 Only one shower, toilet, and hand basin for washing and as it was all in one room there was a queue for use. Partner said there was an additional portaloo on site which was also immaculate.

喜欢 Tout, exceptionnel. Très belles parcelles, accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire et de ses 3 petits. Cuisine très bien équipée (four, bouilloire, machine à laver, prêt d'un étendoir pour le linge). Possibilité de se faire du café, du thé, du chocolat. Pour les campeurs et les routard rien ne manque. Sanitaires très propres, douche gratuite. Meilleur camping depuis notre périple Ecosse, Irlande et UK. Et le Wifi top. Allez y
