Pet Rescue Fundraising Campsite

喜欢 Clean toilets, hot showers, nice views, good size pitches and a pleasant atmosphere. I am planning to continue walking the coastal path next year and was going to use a different site each night... Change of plan, I now want to return and stay while I walk to Bangor.
A great site and it helps rescue animals, for me that's the cherry on top. : )

喜欢 The well drained land and the astro turf strip to make camping easier despite wet weather.
We were in a tent during a Yellow weather warning and not only survived...we enjoyed it!
Lovely views of the hills from the tent.
Ample toilets and showers, food van and bar.
Marj was kind, welcoming and efficient at check in and out.
The campsite was very quiet after 10pm and this was much appreciated.

来自经理: I an sad you don't wish to visit again and I'm not sure what your comment means? The campsite was quiet, nothing we can do about the weather (marquee is illuminated & has a heater at night if any one needs shelter) the information sheet given with all our utilities' & site map also has my number for any issues day and night. Perhaps you could give me a call to address any issue you had so they can be addressed

喜欢 Marj...... every campsite needs a Marj, proper sense of humor. The views were amazing. Very peaceful site from my perspective. Toilets decent, shower was rustic but did the job, would definitely use again. I'll be back......

喜欢 I liked the fact it was a pet rescue fundraising campsite. It was a lovely place with nice helpful staff/owner.
Clean toilets and shower.
It is also very close to local amenities and attractions to suit all. Nice pitch. Quiet site. Me and my son had a lovely few days at this site and the price was extremely reasonable. Would love to go back there again.

来自经理: Thank you for your review and recommendations to family and friends, we do try our best to cater for all campers needs and our small site's disabled shower unit has been well received this year (it include a composing toilet) as the steps to the flushing toilets are quite steep for anyone with mobility issues. It would be nice to host you again until then do take care and safe travels with happy camping memories.

喜欢 Quiet site , food van available and adult only Bar , although we didn't use them as we had the grandkids with us.
We will return .
Kids made friends easily as the play area was central to the pitches.
Clean facilities, nice showers .

喜欢 Everything nice and easy to find, nice relaxing area. Friendly check-in. Nice view from the area. There is food available on certain days on site and also a little forgot shop which I think was quite clever idea. I think this is a ideal location for families and pet lovers to take a break.

不喜欢 No WiFi available and I had no signal. You can get signal by entrance (O2 network). I also didn't like the main road noise, it's not over powering nor did it affect sleep but for me I wasn't used to it so was more noticeable.

We have been quoted £3000+ for Wi-Fi site coverage and as most phone providers for those who require it mobile dongles are available please ask your provider. The lack allows children a time away from screens and mobile phones which for some is a blessing and we don't offer Wi-Fi cost prohibitive see about section on our page

喜欢 We like small simple sites so this ticked all our boxes. Decent field. Food van was a bonus. Lots of space for the kids to play.
Toilets were clean.
