喜欢 Lovely site. Nice clean shower and toilets. Large spaces to camp .

不喜欢 Did not see any members of staff all weekend. No food bar open . Although we didn't need it.

来自经理: I was down on site each day and so was the maintenance / cleaner and at the end of our season with only a few campers on site it is not possible or viable to open the catering van, but as you didn't need it it was not a problem, thank goodness. But we are pleased you will return and that enjoyed your stay

喜欢 Its out of season so very quiet nice back to basics.

不喜欢 Having to try and 3 point turn in a muddy cow shed to access the field not great for people towing.
Price of electric £17 for 2 nights thats extreme.

来自经理: I was the first time you had towed your caravan, I am afraid in the autumn around a farm there is muddy bits and the turning point outside the cattle shed is the only place large enough for (novice) towers to turn around. Our site is an all grass site as stated in the booking information, the ground on site is firm and you didn't mention and issue when you spoke when getting you electric refund, you tried all the facilities in your new caravan so I have no idea whet you used as your electric reading was for £16.36 people bring blow heater and electric item they use at home that use more electric than item's wattage for campsite that pushes up your electric usage plus our term are clearly stated on the booking forms. We were happy to accommodate your first overnight stay in your new purchase and hope you have many happy holidays and breaks away, but do check the wattage of all electrical items before using them in you caravan and on campsites. 喜欢 Clean toilets, hot showers, nice views, good size pitches and a pleasant atmosphere. I am planning to continue walking the coastal path next year and was going to use a different site each night... Change of plan, I now want to return and stay while I walk to Bangor.
A great site and it helps rescue animals, for me that's the cherry on top. : )

喜欢 The well drained land and the astro turf strip to make camping easier despite wet weather.
We were in a tent during a Yellow weather warning and not only survived...we enjoyed it!
Lovely views of the hills from the tent.
Ample toilets and showers, food van and bar.
Marj was kind, welcoming and efficient at check in and out.
The campsite was very quiet after 10pm and this was much appreciated.

来自经理: I an sad you don't wish to visit again and I'm not sure what your comment means? The campsite was quiet, nothing we can do about the weather (marquee is illuminated & has a heater at night if any one needs shelter) the information sheet given with all our utilities' & site map also has my number for any issues day and night. Perhaps you could give me a call to address any issue you had so they can be addressed

喜欢 Marj...... every campsite needs a Marj, proper sense of humor. The views were amazing. Very peaceful site from my perspective. Toilets decent, shower was rustic but did the job, would definitely use again. I'll be back......

不喜欢 6.5hour drive to get there. :-)

喜欢 I liked the fact it was a pet rescue fundraising campsite. It was a lovely place with nice helpful staff/owner.
Clean toilets and shower.
It is also very close to local amenities and attractions to suit all. Nice pitch. Quiet site. Me and my son had a lovely few days at this site and the price was extremely reasonable. Would love to go back there again.

来自经理: Thank you for your review and recommendations to family and friends, we do try our best to cater for all campers needs and our small site's disabled shower unit has been well received this year (it include a composing toilet) as the steps to the flushing toilets are quite steep for anyone with mobility issues. It would be nice to host you again until then do take care and safe travels with happy camping memories.

喜欢 Quiet site , food van available and adult only Bar , although we didn't use them as we had the grandkids with us.
We will return .
Kids made friends easily as the play area was central to the pitches.
Clean facilities, nice showers .
Perfect for what we wanted
