喜欢 Showers were hot, bathroom facilities were warm.
Arrival instructions were clear and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Table and chairs in the cabin were useful too.

喜欢 The ladies on reception were very friendly. We had loads of space but that may be due to the time of year. 10 minute drive to Balloch which had a lovely river and a walled garden to take the dog.

不喜欢 I hated the toilet block. Had to fight through the webs which had large spiders, especially at night, right over the doorway. The toilets were cold and not very nice. They were clean enough but just cold. No drinking water tap that i could see.

不喜欢 Dirty facilities, female toilet smell like mould and was no heating . I don’t understand how can people can go in shower is such a cold place. Dishwashing room was disgusting- dirty sponges and foods leftovers was laying around.

喜欢 Pretty much everything!
The welcome was friendly and helpful.
The pitch was excellent - level, gravel with electric and water right there.
The site was clean and tidy, as was the toilet/shower block. In fact, the facilities were one of the best we've used.
The grey water disposal was well positioned and the toilet disposal was well planned and laid out.
It's closer to the loch than advertised and ideal if you like walking and/or birds.
Also ideal for dogs.

不喜欢 The only issue was than when emptying the toilet cassette, the foul waste drain clearly couldn't take a small inrush of fluid as it came back up from a drain situated in front of the disposal point. It was only quick reactions in jumping that prevented my feet being soaked with what I had just put down :(
I subsequently found that it would cope if you empty slowly but that's not ideal when you are trying to flush/shake out everything in the cassette.

"Liked: The location is good.

Disliked: The owner isn't very attentive! There's no kitchen or tables! Cleanliness is also average

I was on hand and answered all your questions. You only came in to reception twice. On the 2nd occasion you asked where the kitchen was, I told your their isn't a kitchen. You then preceeded to cook and eat in the dish wash area which is not permitted. You also left the area full of cooking smells and not clean. As for cleanliness being average, this is untrue and if there had been any issues why didn't you co.e and report them so I could have been more attentive?
