喜欢: A lovely site with very clean facilities. The kids used the wee outdoor pool and had a great time - very reasonably priced as well. We went up to the wee pub too which was very welcoming and homely. They also had a nice wee outdoor section for watching the Euros. A lovely, welcoming site with a great wee park for the kids. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

喜欢: What a fantastic site, normally when we go camping we have to venture off site as the kids get bored but not here, the kids didn't want to leave! the outdoor swimming pool was lovely and we had it all to ourselves, mini golf was free, the park was great, they have arcades and an indoor pool which the kids went in on the afternoon. The pub which serves food is lovely and they also have a shop and a café which is very reasonably priced The toilet/shower block was very clean and modern. Staff were very nice and helpful. We absolutely can't wait for our next stay here!

喜欢: Very laid back family and dog friendly holiday park, the first time I had been and loved it, from the views of the old ruined castle to the lovely donkeys my kids enjoyed feeding. It’s so much better than the larger parks like Craig Tara etc, prices are very cheap in comparison. Would be back again 100%

To access a good number of these at once, drive 20 minutes to the activity and adventure centre Cream o' Galloway, where there's a woodland playground, rides and slides, nature trails and indoor play. Further afield at Loch Ken there's Galloway Activity Centre, for watersports, mountain biking and climbing. Keep the kids sweet at the Cocoabean Company (20 minutes), where they can get stuck into interactive workshops and indoor and outdoor play: yes, there's a chocolate shop here too.

到店前28天内不得修改订单。

入住

不接受 6 位及以上的成人团体订单（情侣和直系家庭成员除外）。

到店和离店

单元将于到店时分配。
如若延迟到店，必须尽快告知公园。您的订单将保留 24 小时。24 小时后管理人员有权重新出租您预订的单元。
如遇恶劣天气、延迟到店或提前离店，不予退款/打折。

安全

严禁明火。
可以烧烤，但必须搭建架子远离地面，且始终有成人看守。
建议住客自行携带高质量手电筒，因为部分营地区域没有照明。
禁止在湖里游泳。
禁止携带枪支。

接待处

从01/03到30/09，接待处上班时间为09:00到17:00。
从01/10到28/02，接待处上班时间为09:00到16:00。
如果到店时接待处关闭：请联系预订确认单上的号码。
接待处16:00下班。如果您预计在此时间之后到店，请在路上告知公园，以便团队提供有关您的露营单元/场地的信息。

泳池

请注意，没有救生员值班。
露天泳池从15/05开放至31/08（取决于天气状况）。

狗

导盲犬可入内，不收取费用。
必须给狗狗纹身或植入芯片。
必须给狗系牵引绳并随时看管。
营地不允许携带《危险犬类法》中所列的犬类/杂交种。

访客

来宾车辆不得进入营地。
访客必须在22:30前离开露营场所。

车辆

从23:00至08:00不得有车辆运行。
只有在您驾驶旅行大篷车出行或带帐篷时，车费才包括在房费中。驾驶房车或野营车则不得入内。
商用车（用于工作相关用途（载货或搭载付费乘客）的车辆）和车身有广告的车辆不得入内。
露营单元旁仅可停放一辆汽车。其余车辆必须停放在指定区域。

通用条款

23/03至30/09举办各类娱乐活动。
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
从23:00}到08:00为安静时间，请务必遵守。
公共区域禁止吸烟。
如需投诉，请立即告知接待处。如果您在入住期间未将投诉传达给管理人员，您离开营地后投诉将不予受理。
播放收音机、音乐播放器和电视播放器必须使用低音量。开关车门和车后行李箱时亦需轻声。
管理人员保留拒绝言行不当的宾客入内或终止其入住的权利。款项不予退还。
订单具名，不得转让。
请注意，卫生间/淋浴设施不分性别。
通过 Pitchup.com 进行预订时不得使用折扣卡和礼券。

门票

18 岁以下人士必须由其父母或法定监护人陪同。
在接待处登记之后方可入内。
必须至少有一名成员年满18周岁或以上。

附加项

All：价格中不包含泳池使用费。泳池收费标准为成人每人每session £2.50 (¥22.34)，儿童每人每session £2.00 (¥17.87)。

露营单元

Minimum spacing of 3 metres between pitches.

The café is open daily from 01 April to 30 September, and from Friday to Sunday from 01 October to 31 March.

The Laird's Inn opening times will vary depending on the season. You are advised to book tables in advance for the restaurant.
