喜欢 Nice site, lots of lovely walks around. Easy, friendly check in.

不喜欢 The site has 2 shower rooms, each with toilet and basin. During our stay one of the toilets wasn’t working and the toilet was left in a horrible state, the main refuse bin was overfull and some of the pitches are quite weedy.
Could definitely do with a bit more maintenance.
A few miles out of town with a negligible bus service so you need to use your vehicle.

不喜欢 Toilet out of action during our stay speaking to others and they said Toilet has not been working for a while before we arrived., not good only one Toilet working for 30 pitches other wise good stay

喜欢 No place. It was full. We have payed.
First time in our Camperlive since 12 Years tht we have paid the pitch and it was for nothing.

喜欢 The whole site is well laid out and with plenty of pitches, which are all more or less flat. It's nice to have lots of apple trees around which you are allowed to eat.
Being in a walled garden also has the feeling of security.

不喜欢 The fact that there are only two toilets and showers for such a large site.

喜欢 Pretty little site. Well maintained.
Lovely walks.

不喜欢 Didn't like the fact that dishonest people can just drive on and not pay.
There were people who had paid and couldn't get a pitch because people had taken pitches and not paid.
A reg recognition barrier would save alot of the problems.

喜欢 Very very quiet pitched set inside an old walled garden . Waste water and toilet emptying available . Level pitches .

不喜欢 No one around to say which pitch even at 5 pm . One toilet unavailable but disabled open.

喜欢 Really a very nice site with lovely grounds and walks

不喜欢 Really needs to be more disciplined, ie people were still on site long after the time to leave and no one enforces the time limit on noise etc. rules are there for a reason and on this site no one cares

Thanks for your review- we are sorry that you felt no one cares, this is not true. We have duty staff who regularly check the caravan park site.
If people get in touch to ask if they can have a late check out, we are flexible and give permission for this- we have a register of allowances which is checked daily by the team when doing checks on the caravan park.

喜欢 Quiet campsite with old walled garden of Paxton House with free access to wider gardents and close to Berwick on Tweed.

不喜欢 Only facilities were two unisex wet rooms.
