喜欢: Setting amazing, staff very helpful and friendly. Peaceful location, will stocked shop

不喜欢: Disappointed to find one shower for 14 pitches. Also most sites have free WiFi, so not happy to have to pay extra daily.

不喜欢: Check in closes at 5 o clock and pitch info left on door so no interaction with Site during stay Shower block had no hot water as we arrived Saturday it wasn’t due to be fixed until Monday

喜欢: The motorhome pitches were so nice a beautiful view of Loch Lomond. Toilets/shower blocks close by. Very friendly staff. We will be back.

喜欢: Setting was beautiful, right next to Loch Lomond

不喜欢: Wasn’t told on arrival there was no hot water in the toilet block. The boiler was broken. So had a cold swim and then a cold shower to warm up! Our neighbours also lost power and had no response from the campsite. Toilets also without toilet paper.

不喜欢: On arrival,we found the reception to be cool and unhelpful. We were sited on pitch 6 which was next to a large steel ugly water tank - there was dog waste over the gravel pitch. The showers/taps and washing facilities were all freezing cold. We were unable to contact anyone to report this. The pitch is very close to the main A82 and trainline. There is no bar on site and none within walking distance. Whilst I agree I could have researched the area better, we felt this information needed to be reported
