喜欢: Liked the area. Lovely basic campsite. Everyone friendly. Was nice having your own water on the pitch .
不喜欢: Showers were rubbish. To long to heat and then would go hot and cold.

喜欢: Lovely field, very peaceful and friendly, useful electric hook up and water by each pitch. Toilets and showers basic and not really enough when the site is full, but the location by Caen Hill Locks is amazing for walking and cycling. We had a great holiday, everything we hoped for and more

喜欢: Good pitch size with electric and water next to tent. Good location with access to Kennet and Avon canal for cycling and walking. Recycling facilities on site.
不喜欢: All though clean the toilet and facilities are dated. Hot water in the shower was a bit hit or miss. Free hairdryer in toilets was helpful.

喜欢: The location, short walk from the Devises cain flight of locks. The grass was very green. The ducks and geese interesting to watch. Electrical hook up and drinking water on pitch.
不喜欢: Noisy, lots of road noise from near by main road. Lots of road traffic on gravel track going back and forth to the nearby boat yard. Toilets in poor condition and used by non campers. Hot water available but always takes ages to come through. Flat camping pitches are sloped.

喜欢: Close to the Kennet & Avon canal, and family nearby
不喜欢: Foxhangers is 2 business's it seems, the main one is for Narrowboat hire, the second is the touring park, or, field. The impression we had after 6 nights there was that the younger family members got stuck in on the narrowboat side of things, leaving a nice ol Man to run the touring side. The pitches quickly became difficult after a little rain, we saw at least 3 get a tow out of the mud by the ol fella who looked after things. The showers and toilet block are quite a distance from touring pitches, so not easy for a quick wee in the early hours. 1 Very basic chemical waste disposal point, and no grey water disposal, when we asked where this was, was told to "dump it in the hedge like most people", for a countryside site, not very environmentally for a countryside site me thinks. The site is basic, thats it... the narrowboats are luxurious, enough said
