喜欢 The peace and quiet, with only train whistles sounding. Extra facilities thoughtfully provided due to busy weekend. Good value for money.

喜欢 Friendly owner who allowed us to pitch early. The small site was wooded on 3 sides and there was an intimacy to the site. Despite the high temperatures, it was possible to find shade. The water in the showers was hot and I liked the complementary eco shampoo. There was plenty of toilets and showers for the size of the site. We were next to the steam railway and the Quantock Brewery and close to lovely walking in the Quantocks. Very peaceful stay and a super 3 night stay and we will come again.

不喜欢 Only one washing up station meant we had to wait sometimes to wash up but that was a very minor issue.

喜欢 New luxury toilet block and showers. Lovely peaceful location within minutes of steam railway station, microbrewery and countryside walks.

不喜欢 Picked the luxury shower in the shower block and it stopped every 10 seconds and had to re press. Water came out cold again everytime pressed! Not a pleasant experience when trying to rise off shampoo! Conversely my husband used the other showers and he said they were the best campsite showers he has ever used. Hot and powerful.

喜欢 We loved it. Great spot. Super quiet. Good facilities. Karen is lovely. We loved the geese, hens etc. Great Chinese a walk away. Definitely go back

喜欢 Very nice campsite!.very friendly&welcoming.love seeing the chickens&geese walking around!.very clean facilities&they provide everything,so if you forget your shower gel or even your washing up liquid,they provide it.

喜欢 It was a very welcoming site.
The lady who checked me in was lovely.
It’s on a small holding and it was lovely to visit the geese and hens and to be woken up at 4:30am by the cockerel and dawn chorus.

The showers and toilets were good for ‘Hire’ ones.
Lots of different age groups were staying the night that I stayed and it was peaceful.
I felt very safe.

I arrived by steam train from Minehead!

喜欢 -Toilets and shower facilities were cleaned and kept well maintained
-Karen gave us a clear brief of things going on in the area. She updated her Facebook page also which is helpful.
-The field was large but fairly quiet
-There was a few pubs in walking distance which was great
-Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided which was a bonus
-Would definitely come again
-Karen was responsive when I had questions

不喜欢 -The chickens in the morning can be noisy but as expected
-A plug in the sink area would be beneficial
-internet signal isn’t great
-There isn’t tons around but for a short stay it’s perfect.

喜欢 A warm welcome from Karen in a Lovely setting, level pitches, the toilet and shower block were nice and clean with shampoo conditioner & shower gel supplied if you wish to use it

喜欢 Friendly owners, good location for Quantock brewery and steam train

不喜欢 Fairly basic camping in a field with festival style toilets and showers which were not very clean. Shower water temperature and flow not good. Woken at dawn (4am) by a couple of cockerels every morning.

来自经理: Unfortunately our luxury toilet trailer was being emptied and serviced on your day of arrival, however this was back up and operational by 2pm in the afternoon. We do have portaloos as an overflow back up but these like all our other facilities as cleaned and checked twice a day.

Possibly you also didn’t use our new shower trailer. This has a state of the art powerful pump and its own tank, so as to avoid flow issues as you described. These are also cleaned and sanitised daily.
