喜欢 Great campsite very welcoming on our arrival. Lovely mown grass and flat absolutely clean and tidy toilet block.

不喜欢 Only minor thing and absolutely nothing to do with campsite a few noisy cars and motorcycles racing by on main road.

喜欢 Very clean and tidy. Friendly team - we were made to feel very welcome and they accommodated us going under the tree in the shade for the dogs.

喜欢 Such a lovely welcome and gem of a site. Paul and the site staff were so friendly and helpful and really charming to chat with. Beautiful grass pitch, well positioned electric connections, shower so hot I needed to turn it down, and beautiful surroundings in lush green countryside. Lovely roast at the pub next door too.

喜欢 Small, friendly site in a rural location. Everyone that we came into contact with was friendly and helpful.
Washing up area and laundry room really great to have on site.
Pitches were spacious and really well kept.
Lovely short dog walk on site.

不喜欢 Showers weren't great, they were warm but the water pressure was very low.
Interior of the shower / toilet block was a little tired, with paint peeling and dated decor.

喜欢 Toilet facilities were clean and fresh, location was good with proximity to good walks. Dog exercise field was good. Socket to charge phones.

不喜欢 Half the pitch was mud and there was no room elsewhere for the tent which I had paid extra for. Dirt got in the van when it was perfectly dry elsewhere. Reception was offhand though eventually helpful. No wifi info provided. Only basic facilities.

We’re sorry to hear that part of your pitch was muddy. This was due to an awning having just been removed from the pitch prior to your arrival, which can leave the ground soft, particularly with recent weather conditions. Had this been raised during your stay, we would have happily looked at alternative options with you where possible.

We’d also like to clarify that there are plenty of grass areas around each pitch suitable for pup tents, so there should have been space available nearby. If you’d spoken to us at the time, we would have gladly helped you find the best setup.

WiFi is not currently available on site, and this is clearly stated in our pitch information so guests know what to expect before arrival.

We’re also sorry if you felt reception was offhand, as this certainly wasn’t our intention. We always aim to be friendly, approachable, and helpful, and we’re glad we were able to assist you.

We do appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve wherever we can.
