喜欢 Wir waren für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise hier. Man braucht den Code aus der Bestätigungsmail zu Durchfahrt des elektronischen Tors. Gepflegte kleine Häuschen mit WCs und Duschen (mit Temperaturregler).

喜欢 This is our 2nd stay at Den & Orchard, as it is 10 minutes from Longleat, and a great pub with good food just 5 minutes away.
It’s very clean and well kept both the outside areas and bathrooms.
One bathroom block had been updated since our last stay which meant this time it was very clean (as before) but now it has been what looks like insulated, heated and decorated meaning it was much warmer and fresher.
We didn’t see the owners this time but I did have to call beforehand about electric and time if arrival and they were very helpful and accommodating.
We will be booking again 😊

喜欢 The scale of the site was perfect for us. It was small enough to not feel overcrowded but had everything we needed.
The gravel track to park the camper was a bonus and the pitch had a great grass area that we set up our fire pit and outdoor area. The second night was set up the outdoor space and stayed out all evening, a perfect night under the stars.

不喜欢 Grass pitch was mainly mud/dead grass from previous campers so our tent was very muddy.
People stamping loudly in the late evening & early morning in the cabin right next to our tent pitch.
Heaters in the showers/toilets not working so it gets rather cold.

Excellent place to stay, great location and clean facilities.
Apple Blossom 小舍
喜欢 Quiet and peaceful location, Clean and tidy facilities. We stayed in apple blossom lodge, Kids have enjoyed the park , although small big enough for the 6 and 8 year old. Local to longleat and other local visitor attractions, so made a great base.
不喜欢 No on site bar.

喜欢 We had a great stay here for 3 nights with 9 of us in total. The pitch we were allocated was positioned next to the shower/kitchen facilities, which were clean. The site has a children’s playground area and a games room, which was thoroughly enjoyed by the children. To enter and exit the site a code is used to unlock/lock the drive thru gate meaning the children were safe around the grounds. A fantastic stay, we’d certainly stay again.

喜欢 Lovely quiet site, close to Frome which has a good selection of places to eat and drink. Short drive from a Sainsbury’s to stock up. The toilet and shower blocks are clean and excellent as is the communal washing area. A small clubhouse with a limited supply of drinks available but still a nice touch. Our first time at the Den and Orchard but we will probably be back !

喜欢 Fantastic, small and very well equipped campsite. The cabin was great too, had all the kitchen utilities and gas and camping stove. Chairs outside and table such a bonus. Washing facilities clean and cool design.
不喜欢 Can hear the road a bit at night. Water in the tap very hot!
