Unity Beach

喜欢 How easy it was to check in, friendly staff given a map to show where to go next. Met the friendly wardens who showed us to our pitch explained everything we needed to know and left us to it. Toilets and showers area were nice and clean. Park was great for kids all ages.Bit of a walk for kids to get to the evening entertainment worth taking there scooters or bikes to help with little legs.

不喜欢 Having booked a swimming beforehand for 2 adults 1 child and printed vouchers for swimming we were told we needed our holiday passes to get in I didn’t have mine as I left purse in van I couldn’t get in without it and would have to walk all the way back to van to get it which I wasn’t prepared to do as it’s only 90 minutes slot hubby had to miss out even though we paid up front so wasn’t happy at all for this take you passes everywhere you go as they won’t let you in our let you play bingo.

喜欢 The site is clean and well presented lots of plots on site with plenty for everyone .

不喜欢 When arriving (touring) quite a few people arrived at the same time and the staff were quickly overwhelmed (which is to be expected) however as we arrived close to the closing time we got passed to the security personnel who were unprepared for our arrival so too quite a while for them to arrive and organise a rather large queue. Just need to improve the handover at finishing times

喜欢 Spacious pitches right near toilet/showers hook up and water.
Park right near also.
Staff was super nice.

不喜欢 Need more signage, we got lost as there isn’t signs for the camping pitches.

Would be 100x better if the pitches were near the entrance to the park, being stuffed right down the back means it’s a good old walk to get out of the camp to swimming ect so would probably have to drive if you got little legs in your party.

喜欢 There was loads to do at unity Beach, but got confused when we arrived as we found 3 unity beach parks, nice large site very clean and tidy.

不喜欢 Disappointed we Was not told bream fun fair was under construction

喜欢 Pitches are a good size, and really like how we can walk off the site straight onto the beach.

不喜欢 Signs for reception very poor seem to be going around in circles until we managed to stop an employee to ask where we had to go.

喜欢 Fantastic place, we have stayed here many times & it is by far our favourite campsite. We only have positive things to say.

喜欢 Location was good and close to the beach.

不喜欢 Very poor organisation and customer service.

We arrived as a group of 9 people in two cars, including children, and there was no proper guidance. We were sent back and forth multiple times and the staff did not assist us at all.

After a long journey, the children were extremely tired and stressed. Due to the lack of support and poor organisation, we were unable to stay overnight and had to return home the same night.

This was a very disappointing experience. We arrived at 12:00 pm, but we were not given our pitch until around 2:00 pm, which caused unnecessary waiting and frustration, especially for the children. We went to the staff member who was supposed to assign our pitch and provide us with the necessary documents. When we asked where our pitch was, he told us to leave the park and ask somewhere outside.

After going back and forth several times, we finally found the location, but the staff member there was surprised and said we should not have been sent there and that the original staff member should have assisted us.

After they contacted him, we had to return again to the same person. Only then, with a laugh, he finally gave us the booklet and our pitch number.

All of this happened while the weather was very bad, with rain and even hail, and the children were already extremely tired and had not had the chance to rest.
