喜欢: Choosing your pitch, space around you and found a private area not overlooked. Close proximity to the coast path, although I saw no signs for it from the park

不喜欢: The showers, they sprinkled hot water, wouldn't of been able to wash hair with them. All sinks had only cold water.

喜欢: Lovely site with flat pitches in a hill giving excellent privacy. Convenient for Weymouth and Durdle Door.

不喜欢: Grass a bit too long to put a tent up and have a firepit but we managed it. Busy road near by and can hear the noise of traffic

不喜欢: Showers were dirty, dated and in need of an urgent refurbishment. No hot water to wash up or to wash your hands. I understand the price is low, but you need to get the basics right and invest in a potential great campsite in a great location.

喜欢: A Hidden Gem for a Laid-Back Getaway – Perfect May Half Term Stay!

We stayed here for the May half term week and couldn't have asked for a better break. One of the first things that stood out was the pricing – no inflated rates for the school holidays, just a simple, flat fee that made the whole trip feel refreshingly affordable.

The "roll up and pitch anywhere" policy was a dream – no rigid check-in slots or numbered plots, just the freedom to find your perfect spot and unwind. And unwind we did! The whole site has a wonderfully relaxed, low-key vibe that immediately puts you at ease.

Set against a backdrop of gently rolling hills, the views were stunning – peaceful and unspoiled, with birdsong filling the air. The longer grass, dotted with wildflowers, not only gave the site a lovely natural feel, but also attracted all sorts of wildlife – a real treat, especially for the kids!

Facilities were basic but exactly what you'd want – clean, functional, and way better than expected for the price. Where else can you find proper plumbed-in toilets and hot showers without paying a premium?

While it’s just off a main road, you'd barely notice – the location was ideal for exploring the area, with plenty of great day trips within easy reach.

All in all, this place is a true hidden gem – affordable, friendly, and delightfully relaxed. We’ll definitely be coming back!
