Very peaceful site to enjoy a relaxing time away and perfectly located to explore the beautiful surrounding areas of Devon.

喜欢 Absolutely everything. Penny, the place, the whole atmosphere. Everything was thought of. The most relaxing night away. Will definitely be staying longer next time 😁
不喜欢 Nothing at all! Only thing I'd note is to bring a couple of ice packs with you for the cool box provided. We'll know for next time.

喜欢 On arrival Penny gave us a lovely welcome and help with luggage as the meadow is 5mins walk from the car park through the trees.
The 3 tents are well spaced apart and each with a lovely view of the meadows and woods.
The set up was great.
We chose the camp that had the sun from 10am to setting. Enjoying the outdoor shower was a first but definitely not the last.
Enjoying the wildlife, scenery, quietness and blessed with great weather.
All aspects of the camp was thought through and converted, so with meal planning and items bought, there is no need to go anywhere else for the weekend. You won't want to!
不喜欢 Dog owners and parents of young kids need to understand the quiet times between 10:30 and 8:30!

Oak Tree Nook 钟型帐篷
喜欢 We had the perfect weekend stay at Lickham Bottom . Penny was really helpful transporting our stuff to the camp. We chose the camp in the oak trees which provided some much needed shade as it was really hot in the sun!
The camp is very rustic and the 3 pitches are well spaced. We were fortunate to have the whole site to ourselves and it allowed us to relax and unwind surrounded by nature. The kitchen area was well equipped and we cooked on the fire pit. It was great to have our own toilet, sink and shower. Loved it and wished we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful place to stay, beautiful surroundings.
Oak Tree Nook 钟型帐篷
喜欢 Everything! The staff were very friendly, helping us unload our bags to our tent, giving us lots of tips on use of the area. It was beautifully laid out, the bell tent was spacious, it had a lovely kitchen area with a roof in case it rained. It had all the utensils required as well lighting.
Having our own ensuite was great, the shower is technically outside but was hot and powerful which was great. The bathroom was beautiful decked out as well.
What we loved most was how quiet it was, with only a couple of other tents in the field (although we were the only ones which we loved!).
Extra touches helped added to it...a hammock, water bottles, fire pit, camping chairs. Once dark it was lovely to see all the stars in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The inside of the tent was beautiful created, wood burning stove kept it nice and warm, it had a comfy bed and lots of room.
We'd recommend this site to anyone and we plan on going back again as we loved it so much.
不喜欢 Honestly nothing. Value for money wise I think it was excellent.
