The road surface in the park is awful.
The toilets and showers were not nice with lots of spiders.

来自经理: Very sorry you didn't like it here. Just a few points...Country roads are generally narrower. The road surface in the park as you call it, are tracks. We are a rural working farm campsite. The fields are used as grazing fields for sheep in the Winter. Our cleanliness is excellent but spiders do tend to appear when Autumn approaches.
I suggest in future you seek out regimented holiday parks.

喜欢 Huge pitches. Not too close to neighbours. Views. Site shop has re-opened after being closed for a couple of seasons. Great staff. Colin can’t do enough for you even though he promised he was retiring last year!

不喜欢 Gents showers could do with some modernisation and a bit longer with the push button water supply. I understand saving water but 6/7 seconds isn’t really long enough without having to hit the button again.

来自经理: Thank you Alan, good to see you again. It was nice to have the shop open again after our various health issues. Hope to expand it next year too. Yes totally agree we need to alter the timers etc. Colin has semi retired. Our tenancy ended and our son, wife and daughters have moved in and taken over with our landlords son, so all change ! Colin will continue to help out and run the farm...got to keep out of mischief somehow...😂

喜欢 Colin and his wife were really welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us. Our tent had ripped due to the wind and they had lent us a caravan they had spare for the rest of our stay. It was very clean and very well looked after. The views were amazing and also the regulars were very helpful and kind. Highly recommend staying here. I’m sure my girlfriend and I will be returning at some point.

不喜欢 We honestly have nothing bad to say about our time staying here.

喜欢 Loved the views , staff so so friendly and helpful , pitches massive loads of room , toilets spotless had a really lovely stay here so relaxing , watching the sunset on the hill was absolutely perfect never seen a view like it thank you for a lovely stay

喜欢 Everything, great campsite, brilliant location with plenty of walks from the campsite straight onto the coastal path. Hartland quay and pub only a 10 minute walk away. Shop on site selling essentials and the staff were very friendly and really helpful.
Large site with plenty of space between pitches, you dont feel that you're on top of your neighbour.
Information available on site in a lovely lounge area and the facilities were great.

不喜欢 Nothing, I thought it was great, the only thing i can think of was that the electric hookups were well spread out and my cable wasn't long enough but this was easily overcome as they loaned me extension cables which was very good of them

喜欢 Everything!!! A warm welcome, very handy shop onsite and an idyllic pub within walking distance and on the beach.
