Branscombe Airfield and Camping

喜欢: I was on my own with my campervan. This place is the walkers paradise!! I had a lovely time, it was exactly what I looking for - a quiet place, the nature and facilities for a shower! The ocation is great to those who are not afraid of walking! The Donkey Sanctuary is 25 minutes walk from.the campsite. Branscombe is 45 minutes walk and, the nearest pub, the fountain head is 15 minutes walk.

喜欢: The whole site was immaculate, grass mown, and fairly level. I liked that there were two ‘bathrooms’ with shower, sink, loo all in your own space with lots of space in them - im not sure how this would work if the site was very busy though, although there was another block of facilities too. Easy friendly and helpful people, not too far off the main road for larger vehicles, which would be tricky down into the village. Good base to drive to other places from.

不喜欢: Not walkable in the evening to any pub without a pretty narrow dark road, a good mile away too so not really a great option. Wi-Fi is terrible!

喜欢: Absolutely lovely site, well managed & very friendly. Perfect for families. Amazing facilities lovely and clean, hot showers were fabulous. Definitely will be back here again hopefully with better weather 31st aug 3 days of rain.. but on the other hand quiet time to visit pitches are a brilliant size to didn’t feel we were closed in, we had campervan pitch. Also did a litter pick for them on the little park ( some people leave such a mess )

喜欢: Such a great site to stay. Location is great and the facilities were perfect inc the games room for our 13 & 16 year old. Tracey was always available to help with any questions and we will definitely go stay there again.

喜欢: Nearby walking opportunities around this lovely area. Great pizza on Friday!

不喜欢: Felt cramped this time and the facilities not so clean, ie shower, and very low water pressure. Chemical disposal had no rinsing water working from tap/hose.

来自经理: Thank you for reviewing us, its a shame you did not tell us about the water pressure and tap in the disposal area, we could have dealt with it at the time. You did come on the last weekend of the summer holidays which was busy. We do service the facilities several time a day, last check in busy periods is around 9.30 pm, like we always say they are only as clean as the person before you. Chris and Tracey
