喜欢 Loved the pitches surrounded by long grass, clean amenities, the whole feel of the place and the wonderful welcome from Alex. Sadly the wind meant we could t have a fire but wonderful position for beaches. We’ll definitely be back.

喜欢 We booked a spontaneous one night trip to here and I’m so glad we did. What a hidden little gem! Alex has thought of everything to make the stay as easy as possible. The space around the hut is just gorgeous, it felt like something out a fairy tale, Shetland ponies, alpacas, goats & even pigs roam around.
For anyone looking for some time away from the hustle and bustle this is definitely the place to go! Alex even let our little boy experience feeding the animals which was just an added bonus to already perfect getaway! We will be back!!

喜欢 We had a lovely stay at Strawfields. We spent a week in The Nook and it was cozy, private and the private hot shower seemed blissful. The campsite is very well kept, and quiet. If you are looking for somewhere to just relax and charge your batteries, then this is the place. We loved the Pizza Night, and the host was fabulous. Clean, comfortable beds.
不喜欢 There was a lack of basic kitchen equipment, a chopping board and a sharp knife, and a tin opener and corkscrew would be beneficial, but not essential.

The Nook 牧羊人小屋 (可容纳四人)
喜欢 We loved our stay at Strawfields, the hut was cosy, private and incredibly pretty. Everything you need and perfect for the local surfing beaches.
Lots of things to do on site for children and nature lovers but my teen also loved just chilling by the fire and enjoying the hot shower!
The host is lovely and couldn't be more hospitable and accommodating.
We are already planning our next visit!
不喜欢 It is a short walk to the car park but really this is a plus point as vehicles coming and going right next to the cabins and meadow would completely spoil the feel of the place!

喜欢 Such a lovely small rustic campsite. Really peaceful location & really enjoyed our first experience of sleeping in a shepherd hut 🥰 with an outside wee hut & shower. Star gazing, warming ourselves by the fire pit an added bonus. Well thought out with large wheelbarrows to help carry stuff from the car park.
不喜欢 Nothing to dislike.

喜欢 Plenty of space, and a nice site. Fairly quiet so no problems with showers or toilets.
不喜欢 The only bins I found were the ones near the main gate. Not a big deal, but some smaller ones around the site may be more convenient.
