喜欢 From arrival we had a warm welcome, facilities are very good and well thought out, as frequent travellers in a caravan I found the facilities to be very good. Shower and toilet facilities were new and clean, even later in the evening or first thing in the morning they still very clean.

不喜欢 For a nervous driver access feels a little tight but is doable taking your time well worth looking on street view of the entrance into site to prepare, however you will fit just take your time.

喜欢 Communication from the site from the moment we booked was excellent, staff very helpful over the phone organising check in for us outside of office hours.
Toilet block and dishwashing facilities all spotless. We loved the layout in the toilets with individual rooms containing toilet, sink and shower.
Site very clean and well maintained, recycling encouraged. Dogs made very welcome, poo bags also provided by some of the bins.
We had a small gravel pitch which was spacious enough for our transporter, awning and room to sit outside. Each pitch also had electric hookup, grey waste disposal and water tap.
Playground area split into two sections; one for smaller children and one for older children. Both were clean and had a really good selection of play equipment, the zip wire was a particular favourite for our small person. There's even a section with outdoor exercise equipment. There's a woodland walk and access to public footpaths for those wanting to get out into the fresh air.
Hele beach, Hele bay pub, Hele corn mill and Pixie Dean highly recommended as on the doorstep places to visit. The site is a great base to get out and explore beautiful Devon.
The site is one of the most quiet, peaceful places we have visited, with the backdrop of the stream running down the edge of the site.
We wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area.

喜欢 Beautiful and well kept grounds. Spotless toilet and shower facilities and extremely friendly owners. Easy walk to the beach and into Ilfracombe via the road. Coastal path took more effort and steep but worth it for the views

不喜欢 Lost the sun on our pitch quite early due to tall trees. Personal choice though and could move my chair!

喜欢 Location is excellent, facilities cannot be improved, staff helpful and available for most of the day. my space felt private even though i was next to the toilet block.
Only slight criticism is that the wifi was variable.

喜欢 Beautiful site, lovely Irish couple to greet us very helpful and informative, shower block spotless, great pitches, and your well situated for visiting Ilfracombe, and Hele bay itself is beautiful, great local pub and cafe on the front, they do a great breakfast, would definitely recommend.

喜欢 Loved my stay at the cute pea pod. So simple & fun. Slept like a princess 👸 and no, no pea disturbed my dorsum. Enjoyed the picnic bench set up for my morning coffee time. Peaceful (with a gentle flowing water stream sound running towards the sea), very clean & thoughtful (freezer, dog & wetsuit cleaning station, telephone box give away station). Super friendly & helpful team working at the site.

不喜欢 Loved everything. My only suggestion wld be to use draw curtains at the pod door rather than a blind which seems like forever to pull it up and down.
