FM Glamping is a very cosy and private adults-only glamping site located just outside the village of Clawton in the Devon countryside. While quiet and rural, this site isn't totally off the beaten track and is well-connected to local towns like Bude and Launceston, both of which can be reached within a 20-minute drive. Set at the top of a three-acre smallholding, this private bell tent is in a prime position, with great views across the valley looking towards Holsworthy; you can also see sheep and ponies in the distance. This site would be excellent for a solo or couples' getaway, especially given that this is the only pitch on the site. The bell tent is comfortably furnished, light and airy, with a proper double bed, a table and chairs. Outside, there is a private composting loo and a spacious wooden hot tub with a private decking area. A camp kitchen (with gas provided) makes self-catering easy; the nearest shops are a couple of miles up the road in Holsworthy if you need supplies. Please note that FM Glamping does not have showers on site. Running water is available here, but there is no electricity. The owners are happy for guests to bring a small generator as long as it is quiet and doesn't run through the night.
