喜欢 Well kept field.
Best chemical waste facility I have seen
But a lot of intrusive traffic noise all day. Not impressed with dish washing area. Not under cover and no hot water!
Also when you pay £84 for three nights in a tent you don’t expect to have to pay extra for using the shower.
Sorry won’t be returning

喜欢 Peace and quiet, hedgehogs in the tent, location and rural environment.

不喜欢 Not enough showers and toilets and cold water washing up facilities.

喜欢 Everything. The site is set out well, level pitches, and all forms of transport were easily reachable on foot. Loos were spotless, shower decent. Nice, amenable host.

As a small and simple site, we pride ourselves on offering a peaceful, back-to-basics experience, and it's always lovely to know when our guests appreciate that.

We do understand your comments about the shower and the WiFi. As a small, rural site, we currently offer basic facilities. The WiFi is provided as an optional extra, as there is a significant cost to us in delivering this service in our remote location — but we aim to keep it as affordable as possible for those who wish to use it.

喜欢 Beautiful setting not far from Powderham Castle and it's luscious garden centre. Also good for Dawlish Warren, Dawlish and Teignmouth. Absolutely amazing lookout over the countryside. It was quiet and peaceful, just what I crave. There is a road by the touring pitches but it didn't bother me. At night the dark sky is wonderful. Plenty of birds including owls and woodpeckers.

Picnic bench at every pitch which was fab. Decent sized hardstanding pitch (not level) with a side helping of grass. Everything immaculately kept and very clean. Walks off the site, perfect for your furry companions. Bathroom facilities absolutely spotless. Owner was lovely.

不喜欢 There's only one shower each for men and women and you have to pay for it. You have to pay for wifi too, which in this day and age just feels a bit much. Also, given I paid £18 for my dogs for 2 nights, a dog walk would have been appreciated.
