Park yourself here for easy access to smashing Devon beaches, the South West Coast Path and the Tarka Trail cycle path, plus watersports lessons and kid-friendly visitor attractions such as The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Atlantis Adventure Park and Quince Honey Farm. Set within a properly peaceful smallholding, Broad Park Camping and Glamping is a warm and friendly park five miles west of the handsome and historic harbour town of Bideford, where there are independent shops, restaurants serving up local produce, and a pretty riverside quay. While the site lies a handy mile or so off of the A39, it's quiet around this splendid spot. Amenities are well thought out: there's a kitchenette with a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge and a freezer, in a room with cards, board games and tourist info leaflets. Milk, fizzy drinks, bottled water, chocolate and locally made luxury ice creams can all be bought at the site's small honesty shop. Foodwise, if you want to grill up a gourmet feast, barbecues are allowed; fire baskets are also available for hire, and kindling and logs are available to buy on site for toasty campfires under the north Devon night sky. Friendly dogs are welcome here at Broad Park but must be kept on a lead at all times; for a list of all the dog-friendly beaches nearby, just ask your cordial hosts, who'll be more than happy to oblige.

The site is just wha we wanted and our kids was so happy to be able to see and feed the animals which ticked an extra box for us.
We will definitely be booking a few more trips here!

喜欢 Lovely gem of a campsite, so very quiet and peaceful and clean.
Had all the amenities needed and little tuck shop which was a nice touch.
Few goats, larma and horses on site too.
Would fully recommend.

喜欢 Such a lovely site really quiet, clean and the perfect place to relax. It was my first time camping and definitely the right place to choose. My children loved seeing the animals everyday as well. The WiFi was also great at the top of the site.

喜欢 Lovely small campsite that feels safe for the kids but still with great sized pitches. Kids loved the animals. Loved the small touches like goat food, bodyboards to borrow and rainbow fire lighters etc. We have been twice now and will be back. Nikki is also lovely- especially to the kids as they always have a lot of questions about the animals! Great location too- we did a day at saunton sands, a day at the big sheep and a day in Clovelly.

喜欢 Beautiful quiet place, the animals were a hit with my daughter.
Perfect spot for visiting the beaches.
Nicci seemed lovely.

不喜欢 Lack of toilets/showers and washing up facilities. My son and husband often had to wait to use the 1 male toilet. The family toilet is a great idea but was nearly always in use by men (not their fault). Only 2 showers which also we often had to wait for. Needs another sink, after breakfast the sink was always in use, not ideal to leave dirty dishes in the heat, especially in a place where there are animals which attract a lot of flies. We would definitely come to this site again if there were more basic facilities.

喜欢 Omg this place is amazing. It’s super clean nice and quiet and has all the amenities u would need. We all loved feeding the goats and having daily cuddles with them. The space is massive and the electric is super powerful. We will definitely be back

不喜欢 It would have been nice if we were allowed a gazebo as we had a day of rain and our kitchen stuff got wet but that’s the only negative I can say

喜欢 Everything. This is a lovely little camp site and it's so beautifully looked after by Nikki and Mat. Our 3rd camping trip here and it never fails to impress. Id recommend it to anyone who wants to visit North Devon, it's a lovely peaceful and clean base to pitch up at. Always hot water, clean toilets and showers and the utility room with the honesty shop is lovely. Fire pits to rent, fridges to use ...they've thought of everything.

喜欢 We like this small site; good hosts, good hardstanding & electrical power for our medium sized motorhome. Showers and loos good, local are things to do. Good communications before arrival.

喜欢 Beautiful site with plenty of space. Lovely toilet and shower facilities and really like the amenity room - having access to a fridge was very helpful and wi-fi was useful. The children loved feeding the goats!

不喜欢 Our only complaint was that there wasn't enough toilets, as there would sometimes be queues.

Be sure to bring your buckets, spades and beach towels, because you're going to be getting a lot of beach action with a stay here: just outside the Hartland Heritage Coast, the site gives you very easy access to miles of spectacular coastline and award-winning beaches – a short drive will bring you to the sands and sea of Clovelly, Westward Ho!, Appledore, Hartland and Saunton Sands. Also nearby is North Devon Wake Park, where you can get wakeboarding lessons and bounce, slip, slide and clamber on the aqua park’s trampolines, slides, logs, running mats and climbing frames. Surfing lessons can also be had over at Westward Ho! nearby. There’s a wealth of fun places to take little bloomers to within easy reach too: The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Atlantis Adventure Park and the buzztastic Quince Honey Farm, where you can investigate the lives of bees through interactive exhibits housing more than 20 colonies using bee cams and looking glasses. If you’re into long walks along scenic coastline, Broad Park Camping and Glamping is near the South West Coast Path, or if you're more of a pedally person the Tarka Trail is nearby too; bikes are available to rent locally if you don't bring your own.
