喜欢 This a really charming campsite. We loved how sustainable it is and their ethos behind it. There are some lovely bits to the site and it even has a badger sett as well as other nice bits to explore.

不喜欢 Only downside is there is no water but hopefully one day they will be able to provide it

喜欢 Loved the beautiful well kept setting. Beautiful scenery and just what is needed after a busy work schedule to totally switch off. Lots to discover a lovely woodland walk and river. Our dogs absolutely loved the freedom of this trip.

喜欢 Stunning location, the campsite is simple but charming. The owners are very good at making you aware there is no running water and the composting toilet hut is very well kept.

The larger site is incredible, the walks through the wood are just wonderful and a swing in the hammocks is an absolute must.

The lower part of the site is a little sloping, but as we were in a camper a couple of chocks and we were fine.

喜欢 Such a great place for a chilled weekend with the kids, perfect for the dog to run around and just enjoy the outside. Owners friendly as ever. This is our second time here and will be returning shortly.

喜欢 Quiet, peaceful, beautiful sunset, numerous fields, woodland, streams, and meadows. The owners do a lot of work including planting trees, managing the land in an environmentally friendly manner, placing hammocks and benches and swings, and generally creating lovely spaces to camp, sit, eat and enjoy nature with friends. Suitable for all including kids and dogs.

不喜欢 No showers or running water at the moment, but it's not really a problem because the owners will tell you what you need to bring.

喜欢 A beautiful campsite in a magical spot. We loved this place (and were super lucky to have it to ourselves!). Stay here if you love wildlife, peace and quiet and camping under the stars. The dogs loved the freedom too. We will definitely be back

喜欢 This site is the reset you need. The site presents the beauty of nature and provides a perfect escape. The sunset was stunning too!

There was so much to entertain a toddler. The stream, mud kitchen, nature trails and the space to explore safely.

The compost loo was smart, clean and most importantly fresh on a very hot day. There was a fantastic communal shelter that provided a safe haven from the down pours, comfy seating and a fire pit.

The set up was incredibly helpful. There was a solar power box for charging or running devices. There was even an honesty box of soare stuff to help, which came in handy making some little repairs to our aged tent. The owners were incredibly knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Their dog was gorgeous too!

My two favourite highlights: 1) hammock time in a shaded glade listening to the trees and birds. 2) No check out time. No rushed pack up, no ridiculous chuck out times, just leave that day when you're ready. Perfect!

All in all, we had a wonderful stay. We would strongly recommend and we'll be back soon!

喜欢 Lovely, quite campsite. Ideal for those that like to go back to basics and just chill in peace.
Pitches clearly marked and well spaced out. The compost loo is centrally placed in the field so not a long trek from any of the pitches and also built sympathetically to the countryside (I loved the door handle!) it is also placed as not to obscure the wonderful view.
I imagine the sunset is stunning on the right evening so I will have to return just to see that!
