喜欢 Spacious pitches. Views were great from some pitches.

不喜欢 Eco toilets were overflowing. Flushing toilets were filthy, as were the showers. Very steep footpath leading down to road then to beach.

不喜欢 Reception was difficult to contact. We felt like an inconvenience. Signage to camping area is poor. Right hand turn at entrance is marked parking when actually it leads to all the camping areas. Drop toilets didn’t have any wood chip and were pretty unbearable. Toilet roll should be provided in some way or guests should be informed before arriving.

喜欢 We stayed here last year and had to come back! It’s so peaceful with stunning scenery, and the morning coffee is excellent. The site is mostly flat, making it ideal for campervans. The showers are hot and well-maintained, with the option of a family shower or separate ones, and the provided kettle was really handy.

不喜欢 Our only suggestion would be to have mirrors above all three sinks rather than just one, as it can get busy when people are getting ready in the morning or evening.

喜欢 The quiet corner the pod is situated in, beautiful surroundings, camping atmosphere, very laidback and close to the ocean.

不喜欢 The mattress had springs that caused sore spots, I could feel them through the mattress deck, very umcomfortable.

喜欢 Lovely friendly staff although limited or no knowledge of the local area. Even something as basic as the footpath to the beach. Had never walked it and did not know any alternative routes.
Nice views. Good position for accessing St.Ives, Penzance etc
Very caring about the environment.
Pleasant, friendly, 'good-vibe' events in the barn.

不喜欢 In my opinion, overpriced for what you get. All very basic. 4 flush toilets for the whole site, always long queues and the site was not busy. Yes, there were compost toilets, very eco friendly and perfectly useable but almost never clean, therefore, not useable. Signs saying that their current toilet paper was not good for the plumbing system so campers to bring their own. Really? an eco friendly site that bought toilet paper that was worse for the plumbing system than regular supermarket toilet paper?.....moneysaving maybe? 2 showers + 1 family shower for the whole site, again long queues, not great in the rain but a decent hot shower once you got in.
Again, signs about low wattage power supply and not using microwaves, toasters etc. If you are in a caravan and you have paid for an electric pitch then of course you expect to be able to use these items. If they claim their system cannot cope with these items then they should not accept units such as motor homes, caravans etc onto site......you expect what you pay for. In saying that, our party used all of these items without any problem at all.....again, maybe, moneysaving.
