喜欢 Fabulous location - 10 mins stroll to the harbour.
Top field (where we were) was quiet. Bottom field next to road so could be noisy.
Flat pitches.
Great showers.

不喜欢 Guy on bar (where you go to check in) didn't seem to know anything about our booking.
He also didn't seem interested in showing us where to pitch or where the facilities are.

喜欢 Proximity to Porthleven
Facilities - toilet disposal, hot showers, clean toilets
Easy check in - arrived before pub opened. Pitch clearly signposted on door for us to find without assistance.

不喜欢 Being pitched on edge of bottom field next to Withy Field car park. Multiple casual labourers camping in the car park overnight, wheel spinning, doing doughnuts, starting a fire. Very odd and a bit disconcerting to say the least.
Grass needs a bit of TLC.

喜欢 Great location with in walking distance of the town.
The pitches are a decent size if used correctly (See dislikes).
Quiet after 2300 hrs.

不喜欢 There are 2 toilet blocks with one being next to the showers with another toilet block a minute away.
The showers are adequate but need a refurb.
They are well cleaned early on a morning but soon become dirty due to the amount of people using them.
They should technically be cleaned twice a day to maintain a decent standard.
The toilets next door again are fine but these get used when the pub is open and definitely become less usable as the day goes on. Some people must live like animals looking at the state they leave the toilets.
Again they should be cleaned periodically throughout the day.
The other toilet block tends to be cleaner throughout the day but the cubicles are tiny and I mean tiny.

Too many people were cramming extra cars, oversized awnings and a whole host of other items on their pitches which then reduces the space between each van should an issue arise such as a fire.
One person had an awning which was so big it was even over hanging the access road.
The bin area was always overflowing with rubbish as there isn’t enough storage for the amount of people.
Some pitches had up to 8 people in their van/awnings which made it look like a travelers site.

There was no one policing the site so it was a free for all.

喜欢 Laid back atmosphere, good location near to the lovely harbour
Clean and perfectly decent facilities
Efficient booking etc

不喜欢 Maybe could have a bit of TLC in places. Grass mown, signage tidied up, etc

喜欢 Good size pitch, close to beautiful town with a lovely beach all within 20 mins brisk walk, pub on site gets quite lively and very good fun, showers were ok, although my partner said hers was lacking in power.well stocked supermarket within 10 min walk, with Good places to eat, great open field / park for children to play in.

不喜欢 Honesty can't fault it for £35 a night

喜欢 Easy walk to Porthleven

不喜欢 Terribly overpriced on PitchUp. Facilities for men are particularly dire, shared with pub which get progressively worse during an evening. Site itself is really a glorified car park, so much more could be done to make this park a nicer place to stay.

喜欢 Location was very good. Wishing walking distance of the town centre.

不喜欢 Site looked a bit tired and un-cared for. Grass needed cutting and bins seemed to be full most of the time.

Didn’t see any staff from arrival to departure.
