喜欢: The staff was very polite and welcoming, (lovely couple). The location is nice and quiet and walkable distance to near by amenities.

不喜欢: Only one toilet in men’s and two in ladies but acceptable for the size of the site. (Wasn’t full when we was there)

喜欢: The site is quite small and well looked after and Tony, the manager, was very welcoming and helpful. The site was about a 25 min walk into Penzance which worked well for us. The facilities were relatively modern and clean. However, there is only one washing up sink for the entire campsite and only one male and one female shower. The male shower was always available when I wanted it but my wife had several waits. The limited shower facilities is probably the reason that the showers cost £1 ( card) a go and are on a 10 min timer which I thought was a good idea to encourage people to be quick.

不喜欢: Our pitch was nice right next to a clear small stream which was lovely to go to sleep to with it gurgling in the background. However, the only thing I disliked was it was right next to what I think was the septic tank which you could smell when you walked passed it. My personal view is that pitch should not be offered for sale as if the wind was in the right direction you could smell it in the tent. The site was full otherwise we would have asked to be moved.

If you're potty about plants then Cornwall's the place to be. The area around Penzance is home to 16th-century Trengwainton Garden (20 minutes' walk), semi-wild Trewidden Garden (10 minutes' drive) and the artsy exhibits on show at Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens (10 minutes). (Even if the names all look a bit similar, no two are alike.) Further afield, the ever-popular Eden Project (an hour) is also within reach. In days gone by Cornwall was a busy industrial landscape where the menfolk would leave home at the crack of dawn, pasty in hand, and head out in search of copper and tin. If you're curious about delving into the underground world of 18th-century mining, check out Geevor Tin Mine (15 minutes) and take tours of its 200-year-old tunnels. Back at surface level, you'll likely want to start thinking about heading to the coast (this is Cornwall, after all). St Ives (20 minutes) is the place for foodies and art fans, who flock to its Tate gallery and top-rated quayside restaurants. Mousehole (15 minutes), meanwhile, is a well-preserved fishing port characterised by its gorgeous granite cottages.

到店前14天内不得修改订单。

入住

不接受 3 位及以上的成人团体订单（情侣和直系家庭成员除外）。
不接受通过 Pitchup.com 预订的 3 个及以上的单元（例如帐篷、旅行大篷车、房车或供出租的装备）团体订单。
不接受通过 Pitchup.com 预订的女士/男士聚会。
不接受通过 Pitchup.com 预订的、达到或超过 3人（情侣除外）的单性别团体订单。
营地仅接待家庭（直系成员）和情侣 - 不接受其他任何团体的预订。

到店和离店

单元将于到店时分配。
如若延迟到店，必须尽快告知公园。您的订单将保留 24 小时。24 小时后管理人员有权重新出租您预订的单元。
如遇恶劣天气、延迟到店或提前离店，不予退款/打折。

安全

可以烧烤，但必须搭建架子远离地面，且始终有成人看守。
建议住客自行携带高质量手电筒，因为部分营地区域没有照明。
禁止携带枪支。
禁止用电烧烤。

接待处

从01/03到30/09，接待处上班时间为09:00到17:00。
从01/10到28/02，接待处上班时间为09:00到16:00。

狗

导盲犬可入内，不收取费用。
必须给狗系牵引绳并随时看管。
狗不得进入主要场所和便利设施。
营地不允许携带《危险犬类法》中所列的犬类/杂交种。

租用露营住处

离开时单元必须干净整洁，如若离店时单元未清洁，将收取 £50.00 (¥470.46)的罚款。
租赁住宿：到店后的14天内需要支付£100.00 (¥940.93)的损坏/清洁/手环押金。如果没有发现损坏/损失，押金将在离店1天内退还。
租赁的住宿单元内不允许出现明火。

访客

来宾必须在接待处登记并支付相应费用。
来宾车辆不得进入营地。
访客必须在18:00前离开露营场所。

车辆

只有在您驾驶旅行大篷车出行或带帐篷时，车费才包括在房费中。如果您希望在房车或野营车之外再驾驶一辆车，请选择附加项。
商用车（用于工作相关用途（载货或搭载付费乘客）的车辆）和车身有广告的车辆不得入内。
装置长度不允许超过8米。
露营单元旁仅可停放一辆汽车。其余车辆必须停放在指定区域。

通用条款

The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
不得将Electric barbecues/grils, cookers, radiators, fan type heaters, electric under blankets带入营地。
从22:00}到09:00为安静时间，请务必遵守。
公共区域禁止吸烟。
如需投诉，请立即告知接待处。如果您在入住期间未将投诉传达给管理人员，您离开营地后投诉将不予受理。
播放收音机、音乐播放器和电视播放器必须使用低音量。开关车门和车后行李箱时亦需轻声。
管理人员保留拒绝言行不当的宾客入内或终止其入住的权利。款项不予退还。
订单不得连续超过28个晚上。
订单具名，不得转让。
通过 Pitchup.com 进行预订时不得使用折扣卡和礼券。

门票

18 岁以下人士必须由其父母或法定监护人陪同。
在接待处登记之后方可入内。
必须至少有一名成员年满18周岁或以上。
所有在公园留宿的宾客必须于接待处出示身份证件并在登记表上签字。

附加项

使用淋浴设施需收取£1.00 (¥9.41)费用。
包括laundry在内的设施/活动需另收费，可到店后支付。
如果房费中包含车费并且不驾车，可以携带摩托车。

露营单元

搭建帐篷/露营单元及相关设备时必须遵循管理人员指示。
电气连接需要一根至少20米的电缆。
请注意，小帐篷仅用于存放物品。客人不可在里面睡觉。
除非事先与管理人员商定，否则单元内应时刻有人。如有相关需求请告知接待处，营地可能会对无人看守的单元收取一定费用。

其他条款

The maximum trailer size permitted is 1.8 metres long and 1.5 metres wide.
