The Owl Box Eco Camp

喜欢: Whilst a basic site - a roadside field with shipping container of a few toilets and a shower - this was just right for our needs! It was just an 8min walk into St.Agnes, uncrowded, never had to wait for the shower - which was probably one of the best showers I've had in terms of heat and water pressure, middle area left nicely wild for nature, toilets reasonably clean and with roilet roll, handy washing-up sinks and a bin, and the field mown. Happy days! Thanks for a good 3 night's 😀

不喜欢: No recycling bin, another shower would be good.

喜欢: Loved the easy booking and arrival Check in! Just turn up, set up and that’s it! As the owl box say “pop in, pop out, pop off!” the field is very clean and facility’s are good. Flushing toilets and lovely hot water for washing up and showers.

不喜欢: Only problem we had as a family with small children… there was nowhere to get changed when coming in/out of the shower, we had to get changed in the shower cubicle which was hard with me and two small children as I couldn’t let them go in on their own. Just needs just a little more space outside of the shower cubicle for changing before getting in the shower. Other than that amazing! 🤩

喜欢: Only us and 2 other parties in the whole field! Also liked only a short walk in to St Agnes Village. Affordable.

不喜欢: Facilities were basic which is fine, but also felt rather unkempt. I got stung by nettle & pricked by thistles using them.

喜欢: Great to have a shower available. Beautiful scenery around the area and so convenient for St Agnes village. Less than ten minutes walk

喜欢: The communication was easy and friendly; really good spot for access for a larger campervan with a short walk to the coast path. Facilities were spotless!

喜欢: Fairly close to the beach with stunning views and to various bars & restaurants. All necessary amenities are on site (WC, sinks/mirror & shower.

不喜欢: Only one shower for the whole camp, which relies on all campers to keep it clean over the bank holiday weekend. Not all campers left the shower tidy behind them…

喜欢: Multiple tents were allowed per pitch which made it easier to visit as a group. The location was very peaceful and it was a short walk away from the cliffs that make for beautiful scenery. We also had the option of pitching wherever we wanted on the field. It's an ideal site to spend a few nights away.
