喜欢 Lovely, quiet and relaxed campsite, good access to Stithians Lake and the pub. Friendly owners. We'll definitely be back :)

不喜欢 There didn't seem to be a large rubbish bin or bins for recycling plastics, cans, paper etc. Only for glass. We took our rubbish and recycling home, as we were only there for a night. Minor inconvenience ot didn't affect our stay.

喜欢 Very good value, decent facilities,liked the honesty shop,well placed for visiting around West Cornwall etc.
If you choose your route to travel to the site whilst towing a caravan then its easily accessed.

喜欢 Met on arrival by Sarah who gave us a lovely welcome, site is clean, facilities are basic but clean, honesty shop was well stocked with usual products. Everyone on the site was friendly with lovely walks around the lake. Will definitely be returning.

喜欢 Nice small campsite, with a pub right next door. We were hoping to go for a walk around the lake, but it's no very dog friendly there.

There's also 3 campsites virtually next door to eachother all sharing similar names... 2nd time lucky for us!

Loved the little self service shop on site, has all the essentials.

Facilities were clean enough, only small but adequate for the campsite size.

不喜欢 We didn't receive a welcome pack when we arrived, so we weren't sure on the code to get back into the gate. But I'm sure if we asked we would have gotten it.

喜欢 The peace and quiet.
Space and size of pitch.
Surroundings and close proximity to the pub and lake.
Great little shop and nice facilities for cleaning yourselves (shower and toilets) and your things (Laundry/wash up area)
WiFi is available on site but we didn’t need to use it as there was great 4G signal in the area.

喜欢 What a great little site, so pleased that we found it! We will definitely be returning. Welcomed by Sarah and guided to a small well kept field to one of about 10 large and serviced pitches. Small toilet and wash/shower room but clean and had everything you need and a few nice and thoughtful extras, these included washing up area, microwave, kettle, washing machines etc. the site also has a super cute little shop for all the essentials you might need that you have either run out of or may have forgotten, you pay into a honesty box for the items you use. The site has access to the pub (with its own touring site) next door and sits just back from Stithians reservoir, which has a large water sports centre and cafe. The location is central to the west of Cornwall, which means you can watch the weather forecasts and then easily get to wherever the sun is and the rain isn’t! Be that South, North or West coast, all within a 30 minute leisurely drive. I don’t want to shout to loudly about this site as it really is a hidden gem, and we selfishly want to be able to book again without it getting too crowded or expensive. For us it was perfect. Thank you and very much hope to be back soon.
