喜欢 The site is quiet and peaceful, and some lovely walks in the area directly from the site. Helpful and friendly staff.

喜欢 We stayed in 3 campsites on our weeks stay in Cornwall and this was by far the best. Helpful staff nice and quite as Adults only especially this time of year and the facilities are clean and modern. Close to a lot of sites we wanted to visit as well. Highly recommend it.

喜欢 Peaceful location
Close to coast and walks etc
Quiet and with zero light pollution so great for star gazing.

不喜欢 lack of toilet and shower facilities for a fairly large park wich led to queues on occasion
Tap located too far from caravan on pirch 16 serviced pitch, so we had to rush out to buy another hose - we've never had this problem before.
The premium pitch we were on was quite narrow compared to other sites we've been to.

喜欢 Very quiet, huge pitch (we got an XL) and very sheltered. We were kinda last minute so thought we wouldn’t get a good spot but it was perfect. Lovely people, very safe- I wouldn’t have a problem coming here alone, and easy going. I can see why folk return year after year!
Don’t come here if- you want entertainment, a pool or are a rowdy crowd.
Do come here if- you want peace and quiet, don’t mind being in the middle of nowhere, and are ok with loud birds and cows! :)))

As per our email back to your complaint. We are very sorry to hear you were unhappy with your pitch. We checked the soak away once we had received your complaint (3 days after your scheduled departure, 6 days after the day you have stated you vacated) as this was the first report. We found the pitch to be dry and no issues with the soak away. The pitch had been used by other guests after your scheduled departure and no issue was found.

We offer a disabled toilet with level access to it. I appreciate this may be more difficult in a wheelchair due to the all areas being graveled, however, we do show that this is the case on our website and pitchup listing. Should customers have any issues or require further assistance, we are on hand to help in any way we can, however we do rely on being made aware of such issues in order to be given the opportunity to rectify.

Once again, we are very sorry that you were left angry.
