Alongside luxury necessities including toilet/shower blocks, family bathrooms, a launderette and a grocery shop, Trevornick has a wide range of extras for all ages such as an outdoor heated pool, a Jacuzzi, a toddlers' pool and a tranquillity spa. 喜欢 The site was overall very clean and well maintained. There's was lots of facilities on the site. The farm shop had lots of items that we needed which meant we didn't need to leave the site.

不喜欢 We were very disappointed with the entertainment for the children.My daughter was so excited to meet wild thing but unfortunately didn't get to see him once during our 4 day stay. ( We were told that he was unwell) We arrived for the kids disco and half of it wasn't kids music and adults queuing in the middle of the dance floor for bingo tickets. My daughter was so disappointed as she got dressed up to find that it was not at all a kids disco. It appeared that the staff did dances for ten minutes then that was it. There was a huge dogs poo on our pitch by the electrics. When we were leaving a van parked partially on our pitch while we were packing up . ( Just after 10am) We were slightly behind because of various issues. They stared at us and made us very uncomfortable. The pitch was not checked after we left and they went straight on.

喜欢 We loved the facilities, clean and plenty of showers etc. accessible at any time . Loved the launderette facilities too. The shop has tonnes of things to buy . Lovely clean site despite the amount of people on there at one time everything is kept on top of .

不喜欢 Only thing we disliked was the 30mph winds we had but that’s out of everyone’s control . We thought maybe the park and forest park could do with making a bit more adventurous for the amount of children on the site and also a cash machine would have been handy. WiFi was non existent for us

Backdrops don’t come much better than Trevornick… overlooking Gull Rocks and with National Trust-protected Holywell Bay beach steps away making up a mile-long stretch of sand, dunes, rockpools and waves. A surf school is a couple of minutes' drive from the park (or about 20 minutes' hike via the South West Coast Path). And then… onto Fistral beach (10 minutes), the famed setting of the Boardmasters festival and a fine spot to stop off at even if you're not into the surf. Close to Fistral and about a 15-minute drive from Trevornick await Newquay Aquarium and Newquay Zoo, as well as the town's restaurants and shops… plus surf shops if you seek to buy or hire more kit. The Eden Project is about a 40-minute drive from Trevornick, just on the opposite side of the peninsula via the A30; make a day of it and drive an extra 15 minutes down the road to Carlyon Bay while you’re there so you can say you’ve seen the ocean from both sides. Head south from Trevornick for an hour or so to arrive at Land’s End for photos, or drive half an hour for photoshoots at Carnewas and Bedruthan Steps. Also make some time for Falmouth’s excellent maritime museum (45 minutes) and the National Trust Elizabethan house Trerice (15 minutes) for further peaceful times indoors.
